I'm writing this hoping it will help someone who might run into a similar problem. First of all, the faucet works, at least the one I got. I've been using it for about 5 months now. And I had no problem till yesterday. Yesterday, I ran into a problem where the sensor wouldn't shut off the water. Manual shut off was working and senor would let water out after manually shutting off and back on. I searched online and all I got was some videos about making sure the manual handle is open and some other videos about replacing the battery/disconnecting the data line line for a min. None helped. It turns out that my basement toilet was leaking and running water and lowered the water pressure for the house. I fixed the toilet and the sensors shut off function was back to normal. It looks like the faucets relies in the water pressure when shutting off through the sensor. ... show more

looks awesome! only things I would change are that the faucet handle goes 45 degrees from vertical both ways which I don't prefer, I like when it points straight sideways to straight up but thats personal preference. also the water lines under the sink were too short for my place and I had to get one extension to connect to cold water which added $15 I put the weight from the old faucet on the line as well to make extra retraction force and I love how it feels. I like the faucet height as well. overall excellent faucet and great upgrade ... show more

This is a stunning Fossett! It is not my first Fossett like this. However, I’ve been doing black in most of our houses, and this one I’ve gone to a stainless look. So I picked this particular nickel faucet for that reason. It really is a great faucet, and I was so happy once it was installed, not only because now I have water to the kitchen that’s not finished, but also because of how great it looks. I cannot wait to finish the backsplash and grout it and get ready to take pictures of the whole house done. On every faucet I've used when you press the button for the sprayer and turn the faucet off, it resets to normal use. Not this one! If someone uses the sprayer, it stays in that setting so the next user is welcomed with a hard spray. Other than that, it is a great-looking faucet and works well.

It was OK a bit of a pain to install and the counter weight was small so it pinches the hose. Had to grind out some plastic to make it fit better. Cheap faucet for basic use

Just installed this on my boat. Had to thread all the hoses through the retaining nut and fasten it by feel since it was in a very tight spot! So far, it seems like a good product. Time will tell.

Great faucet and very easy to install. My wife and I just love the functionality as well as the practicality of this faucet. Not to mention the esthetics of the product. The quality is not just the part that everyone sees above the sink, but the connectivity underneath the sink as well. High quality connections etc., and although this wasn’t my first rodeo when it comes to installation, I found the instructions were very easy to follow for anyone that may want to diy it. We had to use our old plate for the base, but that’s no biggie for us. You may feel differently about the base, but it is what it is. Great product at a great price.
