The wreath isn't as full as the picture neither are the trees. Saw the same for less on another website. The garland is pretty skimpy too. It'll need to have ornaments to fill in the bald spots.

    • Both tree bases came broken
Both of the tree bases came broken. The bottom section of the bases were broken away from the upper section. They had snapped away from the plastic ring secured by the screws. The screws and parts of the plastic ring were still secured into the upper section of the base, except for one which was not even screwed into the base at all. When it was screwed in, it protruded from the side of the lower section of the base. Your quality control was substandard on this unit. I would appreciate it if you could send me two undamaged bases ASAP, and shipped overnight so I can still have the decoration up for this Christmas. ... show more

The item arrived with base broken and after I called and left a message no one ever contacted me for replacement. I finally decided to stay with it even though this happen because its close to xmas, and glued it hoping it work.

The media could not be loaded. I should have read the reviews before ordering. The vases that hold the topiaries were broken exactly like the reviews said. So here i am with my glue try to fix them. Very Disappointed!
