I honestly cannot believe these chairs passed quality control. The moment I opened the box, I could already tell the quality was awful. The fabric is badly sewn, uneven, wrinkled, and looks extremely cheap in person — nothing like the photos advertised. The color was also completely wrong. I ordered beige and received this weird gray tone that does not match the listing at all. Assembly was an absolute nightmare. All the screws and hardware pieces came thrown together in one single unlabeled bag, with no organization whatsoever. Most of the screws look nearly identical, so trying to figure out which piece goes where was unnecessarily frustrating. On top of that, the metal parts and holes do not align correctly, making it almost impossible to assemble the chairs properly without forcing pieces into place. The chair legs are metal painted to look like wood, but the “wood” finish was already cracking and peeling straight out of the box. The overall construction feels flimsy, tacky, and very poorly manufactured. These chairs look nothing like the product photos and definitely do not feel worth the price. Very cute and comfortable after built. A little concerned with the fact the chair doesn’t look exactly the same as the picture. The way the headrest attaches to the rest is not very seamless. For the price, these are pretty great! I got exactly what I ordered and wanted for my high table. I didn’t see any damage on the leather or stitching, everything was wrapped and packaged well and the instruction were picture/word demonstration that showed easy assembling. I am highly satisfied.

I've only had these chairs for under two months, and from the first moment I started assembling them it was clear they were extremely cheaply made. Very thin metal frame, holes poorly drilled, small miracle things even fit together. But I figured that you get what you pay for (since these are inexpensive chairs relatively speaking), and that at least I'd be able to sit on them safely. Well, I was wrong, the other day one of them completely collapsed while I was sitting on it. The front leg just twisted completely out from underneath me and I went down hard. It's obvious from the mode of failure that they did not even design these bottom crossbars with enough strength to resist an expectable amount of torsion stress where the hole is drilled to attach the seat cushion. Very fortunately I wasn't injured nor was anyone in my family. But all these chairs are going straight in the garbage where they belonged all along, should have trusted my gut, don't make the same mistake I did... ... show more
