These got great and actually make it look less old. They also last quite a while. They don’t seem to rust but I do wash them out weekly and put them back. If you have an electric stove you should get these.

Told apartment maintenance/management because my heating elements didn't sit right, their solution was to replace the heating elements(with the wrong ones), they did get them to fit(probably because the drip pans were wrong for the stove) but the large heating element stopped working even if slightly bumped(try stirring something). Their solution to bring me a new large heating element(exact same style as the original ones that were on the stove when I moved it). Of course, it did not fit right in drip pan. Took matters into my own hands, did some research and ordered these pan(the ones on the stove were probably TypeB, which is wrong for the stove) Large heating element fits perfectly and work without fail entire time I cook. Time to see if they can replace the small three heating elements.

As someone who values practicality and durability in kitchen appliances, the KITCHEN BASICS 101 Replacement Chrome Drip Pans for Whirlpool W10196405 proved to be somewhat of a mixed bag. On the plus side, these replacement drip pans were instrumental in helping me pass my apartment inspection. They fit perfectly with my Whirlpool model, providing a clean and fresh look to my stove top that was immediately noticeable. The ease of installation was another positive aspect; it was as simple as removing the old pans and replacing them with these new ones, requiring no special tools or technical know-how. However, while these drip pans looked the part initially, they began to display premature signs of wear just a few weeks after installation.
