The media could not be loaded. This cordless rotary tattoo pen is really nice for the price. It's probably my favorite pen so far, out of 5-6 through the last several years. The best thing about this one is that it comes with two batteries. So you always have a back up. Most only come with the one battery. Having two, I can be using one while the other is charging. And if I run out of juice with the one I'm using, it's ok because I have another one ready to go. In the past, this has kept me from using cordless pens. I preferred cord because I could trust them not to die on me. So having this extra battery makes the cordless rout possible for me. One more thing, this pen is a much better fit in your hand. It gives more of an actual own feel to it, which makes for more comfort while working. Your hand doesn't get tired as quickly, and you might even find that your work improves. The pen comes in a pretty cool case as well. It has protective inner foam to keep it from getting damaged. It doesn't come with inks or transfer paper, or any extras like that. It's just the pen and batteries, but the quality of it makes it worth it without all that other stuff. Highly recommend to beginners and intermediate artists. ... show more

It has a nice, beveled LCD digital display and charges with a type-C cable. The pen is fairly quiet and has little vibration. This pen includes a case but does not have any supplies to practice on, so if one is a beginner, I would recommend getting one of the configurations with those items. This is a tattoo machine that has a fixed 4 mm needle depth and 2 batteries for wireless operation. Because the needle depth is fixed, you better be comfortable floating the needles for both lining and shading... Two batteries are included for wireless operation, as well as an attachment to be able to operate from a standard power supply which is a nice touch to keep you working. All of the power attachments are proprietary... Not the end of the world but they will not cross over to any other machines if/when you grow beyond this kit. The machine vibrates more than others I have used and it's a little heavy, but if you can get used to that it performs really well, i used it for lining and shading and was ok, the vibration again was a little higher than expected but the machine is ok.

    • Very Economical Way to Get Into Tattooing!

If you want to get into tattooing - either as an artist or just to do yourself, this is a perfect kit for you! The price of this machine is on the low end for tattoo pens, but it does pretty much anything the more expensive ones do. The kit comes in a nice hard clamshell case with pink "KISS OF DRAGON" on the top. It also has a carrying strap. Inside it has a USB C to USB A cable for charging the wireless function, 3 rubber O rings with 3 tiny Allen wrenches, a charging cable for the wired function, the pen with wireless attached and the wired end. If you didn't know, you can swap ends depending on if you want wired or wireless. When charging, a clear charging indicator lights up telling the amount. The wired charger is one I've never seen. One end looks like an old RCA jack and the other looks like a 1/4" (the one bigger than your standard 3.5mm) headphone jack. It must be for specialized tattooing equipment??? I don't have a 1/4" jack, so I was not able to test it's functionality. Once you turn it on, it starts automatically. The speeds go from 4.0 to 12.0 and can be adjusted in increments of 0.1. The one I got was the black with silver band, which was very sleek and stylish. It's a small unit and easy to hold. The finish is glossy, so it will gather fingerprints easily. Overall, I think this tattoo pen is a great deal. Whether you want to start a business or do yours the way you want and/or for less, this pen is definitely the way to go! ... show more

This tattoo pen is full of surprises. The pen itself runs remarkably well, and has a wide operating range, running between 4.0v - 12.0v. This broad range is unusual in more inexpensive tattoo pens, and the pen actually runs very smoothly and quietly throughout the entire range. It began to get a little loud around 10.5v, but it was really nothing. One thing I love about this pen is the digital LED readout, which is quite bright and clear, and shows the voltage, as well as the current capacity of the batter. It faces you as you work, and is easy to see. The machine also adjusts in 0.1volt increments, or it can jump several if you changing a good amount of voltage. Say you were going from 6.5v to 10.0v. You can jump several tenths of a volt, at a time. Makes for easy transitions. Next you have the fact that though this has an integral battery pack, you can also run this from an AC power source, using the included adapter. Screw off the battery section, and screw on the RCA jack adapter. This also allows you to utilize other non-integral battery packs. A very good feature. The set comes in a very nice, high-quality fitted hard case with a clip cord for the RCA jack, and a USB-C charging cord for the battery pack. An Allen wrench and several O-rings are also included. This is an excellent tattoo pen for the price. It's got features that take it way out of this price range. It's also worth mentioning that although I'm not a fan of the tapered grip, this is a beautiful, contemporary design. They put quite a bit of work into the aesthetics of this pen. ... show more
