DO NOT BUY!!! We bought the 5 yr warranty for this furniture set a couch, love seat & a recliner and we haven’t gone more than 4-1/2 years. They started falling apart at less than 2 yrs. This was just normal use. I contacted the warrant company and they didn’t do anything. DO NOT BUY!!

    • Ad is misleading
Couch is very firm but seems to be decent quality. Biggest complaint is ad says brown for the color and we got gray. We didn't open the box when it came and a week later we transported it 5.5 hours to our cabin and then opened it to find it is the wrong color! Needless to say we took the rental trailer back and we have a gray couch instead of a brown one. Ad was misleading. We bought a cover for it. Hope it wears well. ... show more

Mechanism is junk, no warranty info other than contact manufacturer, impossible to find. I usually take reviews with a grain of salt, not this one… not worth it!

I love the couch and loveseat for the reclining ability and the color and material, but the foot area and the reclining part are hard to put back into place, means you have to leave it reclined, roll over to the middle to get up and out of the recliner, then with your hands, push the recliner in so the back of the cushion goes up into the upright position and then push in the foot area of the recliner, or else you break it. I bought the combo, thinking some of the reviews I read could be bots or people just wanting to get their money back, nope, I would not pay the $1,200 I paid for both, not worth it since the recliners do not work properly. I have had many a recliner and I should be able to push the chair into the upright position so I am sitting up and then able to push in the foot area with my legs, this is not true, the seats once you recline all the way, lock and you have to roll out of that seat into another seat that is not reclined, get out and do everything with your hands. Had I know that, I would have bought the furniture insurance they provide so it can be fixed. My best advice if you are going to buy furniture from Amazon, make sure they have that insurance they offer, and read the fine print to make sure it covers things like this. "You will own nothing, and you will be happy"! ... show more
