I have a 12700k and 3090 on a b660i asus board and it booted no problems, without xmp but I will enable it and edit this review, the boot was just a test to see if everything worked. Although expensive, its a good balance between speed and capacity since im using cad software and gaming. Update: so xmp was enabled a couple days after being bought and up until now no problems pretty gud. Though it did take a couple seconds longer to boot after applying the settings for the first time then normal after that. ... show more

    • Will not clock to 5600. Dropped price after purchase probably because bad ram design
Bought this for a new build. I am a certified computer repair tech and have built many PCs and adjusted bios settings. cannot get this to work with my Aorus x670 build despite it being on a qualified memory spreadsheet. What is worse it won’t clock anything above 1800MHZ with all 4 since I bought 2 kits. Gigabyte won’t except responsibility and neither will Kingston when I have reached out. I am stuck with overpriced ram that is drastically under clocked. I paid 800 for 2 kits and now they are almost half that. Such a bad experience won’t be using gigabyte or Kingston again. ... show more
