We had a few problems with shipping/delivery but I have to say that when you purchase a high ticket item, Amazon’s Customer Support was superior -I was lucky enough to get a representative in the USA who was kind and helpful! I was suprised by how helpful CS was. The mattress, we just love! It is soft and luxurious. My first nights sleep was incredible. They say you should wait 30 days to get used to a bed, well this bed was great from the first night! If you like your bed soft and where you sink into it - I highly recommend this mattress ♥️. This bed (Kingsdown Euro Pillow Top Ultra-Plush Hybrid Mattress Twin XL, Cool Gel Memory Foam Layer-Passions) is not cushy at all. My body does not sink down into a pillow top at all. It isn't even cool. I am very disappointed and I am returning it.

Just got my mattress today. I order the Ultra plush full size. I look at the manufacturer and I think this is not plush. I might be wrong but the tag said (FR) I'm assuming is firm. The delivery was super fast. The delivery guy was super nice. No bad smell. I will keep you updated.

The bed arrived in a huge box in the time stated by the delivery service. The delivery man took it out of the HUGE cardboard box and took the box away leaving just the new mattress inside the plastic bag. It's perfect and amazing just like my old Kings Down Mattress and I wish I got this in the first place to replace my last Kings Down Mattress. I tried to save some money and it wasn't worth it. This bed is so awesome. It molds around you in the pillow top and supports you with just the right firmness with all the workings that are underneath. I had another Euro Pillow Top for 10 years, and it was good, but it didn't have the comfort of this bed. I did not have to wait for it, either. In fact, it came in a week earlier than scheduled, and I had to have the Freight people hold onto it (which they did no problem) because I was en route, moving from one coast to the other.
