The media could not be loaded. This ladder is the real deal. Light in weight which helps to move it around the house. The best thing is the many heights you can reach with it. We can adjust it to 4 different sizes which makes it very functional and useful. Finally, the feet at the bottom makes the ladder very safe to use, particularly when extending it fully. Starting off, this ladder is incredibly light compared to other ladders of it's kind. I'm sure the description has the exact weight but for reference, it is easily hung on our wall mounted garden storage rack without any struggle or any indication that it's too much for the rack. Next, this ladder is very easy to use. The locking and unlocking mechanism is very convenient, and works smoothly. I will say that when you're going from closed to opened, it is far easier to pull from the bottom rungs once unlocked, use leverage to your advantage. The ladder seems to be very well made, the pieces all appear to be aligned and molded perfectly, no glaring issues. The '14 ft' in the item title is a little misleading, as when fully opened the max length is actually 11.4 ft, which is described in the manual that is included. The stabilizing legs/bars are a bit wider than I'd like, and unlike some ladders of this kind, they do not change in width. For the time being we've chosen to leave them off, and haven't had any issues with stability - though it's always smart to have someone watching when you're using a ladder. Overall, I think that this ladder is a great value for what it offers, and I'd recommend it to anyone.

This ladder is perfect for light-duty tasks around the house. It’s incredibly lightweight, making it easy to move and store, but still feels stable when in use. The rungs are a bit narrower than other ladders I’ve used, but I got used to them quickly. The opening and locking mechanism takes a little effort, but overall it’s a solid ladder for everyday use at a fair price.

This is a very light weight, and light duty ladder. It's kind of slim for my frame (bigger guy) in that the rungs are kind of skinny, but overall I think that's how you get the light weight feature out of it. It performs just fine and it doesn't feel like you're on a ladder anymore dangerous than a fiberglass or other A-frame configuration ladder. I think it's a good product, at a fair price for around the house use.

The first thing I noticed about this ladder is how lightweight it is compared to a similar one I have that although aluminum is very heavy. With that said, I'm not sure how durable this one will be compared to my other one. The ladder rungs are also smaller in width and did feel awkward as they steep downward compared to my other ladder that are flat. Opening and closing the ladder requires some force as it feels tight. Initially I thought it was locked but you need to pull hard to spread it out. I am also not a big fan of the locking mechanism as it also is not ergonomical and also requires force to unlock the ladder to close it back up. What I do like are the stability legs which keeps the ladder stable. Other thing I don't like are all of the plastic parts which do not seem that durable.
