This is a beautiful couch, but not perfect. In terms of the pros, it is sturdy, the pictures of the product are accurate, and it is a comfortable depth and height off the floor. It was relatively straight forward to assemble, just one hole was not lined up but after some swearing I was able to force it in. Pictured beige color couch. This is a comfortable versatile couch and the cushions are firm and have great support, which we love. It’s not too hard or too soft. I do expect it to soften in time. Exactly as pictured and instructions were easy to follow. This is a great inexpensive couch. In the photo, we have one of our bed pillows, just testing out the couch and laying down on it. The picture is immediately after assembly. The fabric is slightly wrinkled, but not enough to worry about and it did not have any bad odors. Our handheld steamer easily removed the minor wrinkles. Nice couch but after a 4 months the left side just randomly popped out of place. I didn’t lay back or anything too heavy against it I just sat then played my head against my pillow that was in the corner and it popped and we can’t put it back in place. The sticky attachments that come with so you can keep the back of the couch in place don’t stick too well they keep coming off. I mean it does the job I get to seat down but it definitely not what I expected for a couch . ... show more

The sofa itself was fairly easy to assemble and I find it to be surprizingly comfortable. It's the perfect size for my small apartment and seats two easily. But after a month the wrinkles in the upholstery from being vacuum sealed are still noticeably visable. The wooden accent trim piece that shows in front is deformed / dented for it's entire length but it's not really noticable because of where it is.
