Great investment! My partner and I do a lot of camping, but we’ve had issues with sleeping pads/air mattresses in the past in regards to comfort and reliability. This KingCamp mattress exceeded my expectations and made a huge difference in our camping experience! First off, comfort: this thing is a dream to sleep on. I added no additional air to it on first use and it was very similar to sleeping on memory foam, supportive yet body contouring. Perfect for two people with room to share. Most importantly - doesn’t shift when another person rolls over in their sleep and doesn’t deflate and leave your butt on the ground. 5 days of camping with my partner at a festival and I never had to re-inflate! Ease of use: self-inflates in minutes, takes some time to roll up but once I learned my technique it was no problem. I inflated once at home before use because I’ve heard that self-inflating mattresses can be slow on their first time out of the package, but it went fairly quickly. The second time it took maybe a minute. Size: packs up a little bulky, a bit larger than a 5 gallon bucket. However, this is to be expected for a two person camping mattress with this level of comfort, and for that reason I rate it highly in this department. Not much heavier than an air mattress of comparable size. You’re probably not gonna hike it up a mountain, but you could if you wanted to! And you might want to once you sleep on it. Overall: if you’re looking for the perfect two-person camping mattress, this is it. Sleep for days on this bad boy and don’t worry about losing air or dead batteries! My partner and I could not be happier with this product!

I purchased this sleeping pad because I prefer not towing a trailer on camping trips so that my wife can get a good night's sleep. She sleeps on her side, so there has to be at least 3" of mattress deflection for her to be comfortable. This sleeping mat is the closest we have come so far, and it's pretty good. I am 6'3" tall and the two of us have plenty of room. (It's no queen bed, but expectations...) We use it with sheets and blankets in a tent on the ground. It sleeps a little firmer than our latex mattress at home, but it is acceptable. The good: Pretty comfortable Large enough for two Inflates easily Not too heavy or bulky for car camping Seems pretty durable Two valves for inflation a plus The less good: Needs a one-way valve for deflation Takes a lot of effort to deflate and roll up by opening and closing the valves repeatedly (would be easier with a deflation valve)

My family does a lot of camping and now that the kids have outgrown their tent, my wife and I have given them use of ours and decided that we wanted to try car camping. I did a lot of research and landed on this product after trying a different style/brand that was very disappointing. I was hesitant about the price but having tried other pads that were too small/large I felt this was worth the initial purchase to try out and I expected to have to return it. I was happily surprised when it came and fit PERFECTLY in the back of our SUV, almost as if it were made for it. The pad is thick and definitely provides a good deal of padding and has a nice balance of soft/firm making it feel sturdy but also I can sleep on my back or side without pain. This thing has changed the way my wife and I travel as now we never need a hotel room when traveling alone. Whether we are visiting family out of state or taking a romantic weekend backpacking trip, we now always have a comfy place to sleep thanks to this pad.

I hunt a lot and use my GMC Yukon to travel and camp. I have used several portable mattress types and this is finally the one I can depend on! It's a PERFECT fit after laying down the middle seats. Inflates and deflates in minutes. What I love is it has just the right thickness and with some extra puffs from the lungs or old air pump, into the chambers, I can truly inflate it to my comfort level, sleep all night and not wake up with sore shoulders or hips. Not waking to a soggy 1/2 inflated air mattress and struggling to roll out of it in the early AM is amazing now! For me, it's like sleeping on a firm mattress with a nice pillow top in the back of my rig now! The foam padding retains it form when it inflates and like I mentioned, there is room to inflate more air to the mattress for some added comfort. Having a large frame at 6'4 and 265 lbs, to my surprise, this mattress has totally met my expectations and camping with it on several long trips has made this purchase well worth every penny! I can easily sleep 2 adults comfortably but using it alone is a great night of sleep for me! It wipes down super easy as well. Getting into the dirty and dusty areas, I can easily wipe down with light soap and water. I recommend this product.

I really enjoyed this mat the first year I got it. It was comfortable and easy to inflate. After the first time we used it, we put it away for a less than a year and found that but he next camping season the rubber ports (rubber/plastic piece that is glued into the pad shell) where the inflation valves (that are brass) are insterted into simply started crumbling. Not only was I extremely upset that we found this out at the campsite, setting up for the week long trip, but this happened completely on its own while sitting in storage. I made it through with LOTS of tape. At first, I thought this was am isolated incident, but then the second port failed the same way the next time we tried to use it a month later. Now I had no working valves and the tap[e alone wasn't going to work anymore. I contacted the manufacturer since I was right at the 1-year window and they only offered a discount on future purchase. I can't recommend any product that the manufacturer wont stand behind their product.
