From a customer that actually bought this product...I needed an extra mattress for when you need an extra mattress. Family , friends crashing a night or 2. I decided to give this one a try. Great price (with the coupon) and a brand that you can research (there were no reviews to go on at the time of purchase). I set it up last night and it went as easy as it could. After getting the area clear to let it expand, I turn the dial and it did the rest. It filled fairly quickly, being queen it had a lot to fill. The motor is not quiet, but on the up side, it's not running long enough to be annoying. Had no complaints in the morning, it held it's firmness throughout the night and provided a good night's sleep. I deflated it this morning and again just turned the dial and it did the rest. Reminds me of a vacuum sealer the way it deflates. Took only a couple minutes and was done. I will have to work on folding it better so it fits in the carry bag you get with this mattress. I can't imagine it could be much easier than this to inflate/deflate a mattress. All in all, well made, well designed and very affordable. Well worth the cost to have this handy for the next overnight guest. Definitely recommend. ... show more

I find this mattress very difficult to turn over on..... something about the material, regardless of what kind of sheet is used. It does tend to leak down during the night, and needs to be re-inflated to maintain any comfort level.

Lasted less than half a year. Cheap thin flocking and vulnerable seams. Includes patches. Impossible to fold back up and cord is way too short to reach an outlet. I am sure my neighbors have been woke up by the loud noise of the pump while trying to maintain air pressure. These taller (18 inch) air bags seem to suffer from a design flaw that make it difficult to sit on the edge without moving it or flipping it over. Other than that might be good in a pinch.
