It was pretty easy to put together. I did it alone in a few hours. Some of the headboard directions could have been clearer and one piece I did have to remove and flip over. It all went together easily. It is very quiet and not squeaky at all. I have 2 labs that constantly jump in and out of bed and it never makes a sound. The only thing I wish was different is the drawers. It would be nice if they had liners as I use them for socks and underwear and the holes are large and things fall through. I put drawer liner on the bottom to help and it is working so far. ... show more

It's not really what I thought it was going to be like. the bed frame is small metal...The metal parts came in twisted which was hard and stressful to put together and screwing it down.. tried to tighten it up but it screws are stripping... trying to see now that I'm able to get another one or a refund... ... show more
