Matress came vacuum sealed and has another plastic sheeting around it. The minute we cut the vacuum sealed portion the matress began to expand. It expanded more then I expected, pleasantly surprised how nice the matress is. The matress appears to be good quality & definitely value for my money.

Top layer is bunched up isn't flat. Does not look like the picture that is advertised. You can feel the bunched up and loose foam when you lay down. Very unhappy with this purchase and wouldn't recommend anyone to buy this. Very cheap mattress.
