The media could not be loaded. Definitely wait the full 24-48hrs. I tried to sleep on it early and I was sunk in the ground almost. After it was fully inflated it was supper comfortable I’ve had good nights of sleep and i have had it for a month now. The edges are a little flimsy but it gets better over time. It didn’t take long to come but it was heavy so definitely have help getting it in the house. I got the 14in and it is the perfect height for my bed frame without a box spring. I have no problems with the item it was SO SO SO heavy bringing it up my 4 Flores so be aware of that but it being rooms in a box helped so much. It didn’t ship with an Amazon warehouse it was another party and it did come late I ordered it on the 12th it came the 23rd

It came in a box a bit heavy though. I thought at first it comes with box spring bec of how heavy it is. Anyway, we took the old one out and place the rolled mattress on top and follow the instruction how to unroll it. Once the plastics wrap is off, place the mattress on top and it expanded on its own. I didn’t wait hours to be able to use it. Like some reviews here saying it takes hours. Not with this one. It’s firmness is fine with me not too firm but still soft.
