Excellent mattress!

This bed is very well made. It provides excellent support. I would say it is more like a medium-firm mattress. It is soft and provides firm support at the same time while being perfectly balanced. Not too firm and not too soft. It also has very good edge support because of the of premium springs. This is the best mattress I have ever bought. In fact as other reviews have stated it is better than mattresses that are much more expensive. It is very heavy but that is because it is high quality. I recommend this mattress. I actually look foward to sleeping again because of the quality of sleep I am getting thanks to this mattress! ... show more

Good Mattress for the Price!

I'm 230 lbs and prefer a firm mattress over a soft one, and this one was quite firm even by my standards. It took a week to fully break it in and now its quite comfy! The edges don't collapse when you sit on them and it comes air sealed in a tall box. I recommend this mattress!

LET ME TELL YOU THAT I AM A VERY PICKY PERSON when it comes to buying things and many times, i tend to change my mind, and i end up returning .After searching for the best option, without breaking the bank, i decided to buy this one. why ? because its said its a heavy 14 inch thick matress, wich is true , and the videos from other reviewers convinced me. Believe me when i say i change my mind a lot but not this time lol ! This SURLUNKEYS king matress is SOFT ,HYBRID, FIRM, NOT TOO FIRM (ITS THE PERFECT FIRM), IT FEELS COOL TO THE TOUCH, HEAVY, I DONT FEEL ANY COILS WHEN LAYING DOWN , AND IT HAS SIDE HANDLES! THATS A PLUS !!!IT HAD A SLIGHT PLASTIC ODOR , BUT REMEMBER ITS NEW, OF COURSE ITS GOING TO SMELL LIKE THAT BUT THE ODOR WAS GONE SOON ENOUGH.It expanded quickly but not quite SO, I let it sit on a flat floor for 24 hours and it was fully expanded. I almost bought a matress similar to this one at Raymor and flanigan for $2,000 ,and i am glad that i didnt make that mistake , i decided to search ONE MORE TIME thru Amazon, and Took a chance . SOOO GLAD I DID! Overall i think its a Great matress if you are the type of person who wants a DECENT mattress that doesnt sink you in , or one that doesnt Feel like your sleeping on a Wood plank, i highly recommend this one. Again im happy i went on Amazon and decided to take a risk ,since i have never bought a matress in a box! It’s hybrid and i think it’s PERFECT for any Side that you sleep in. This mattress is heavy! So it took a little effort to move this by myself. I think it’s because of the springs inside it. However, because of that, within 5 minutes of taking it out the packaging this mattress seemed pretty much expanded and ready to go. There was a slight plastic smell that went away within an hour. Most importantly that quality and thickness of this mattress was immaculate! It reminded me of hotel quality. Firm yet comfy and built to last. we have had it for a week now and have been totally satisfied with mattress. we really like the width of it which makes it easier to get in and out of bed. being a firmer mattress our backs feel much better in the morning. it also has been great for our sex because we don't sink down. I absolutely adore this mattress. Its probably one of the best investments I've made in a very long time. I've been stalking large commercialized and big box store mattresses and then I came across this brand. I have to say, I am 1000% happy with my decision. I am a all around sleeper (belly and back) and my wife is a side sleeper. This caters to us both! We also cant feel it when our granddaughter is using the bed as a trampoline and it takes her yelling to wake us up. Its a good mix of medium firmness - which is heaven for my back. Comes well packaged in a box, and vacuum sealed in plastic. Once unpacked is has a "new mattress" smell that goes away in a day or so (doesn't bother me a bit). After using it for a week, won't go back to a traditional spring mattress. Definitely 5 stars all the way. ... show more
