The mattress itself is comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. However, when sitting on the side of the bed, you kind of slide down. Sitting on the sides of the bed is not firm enough. Comfortable enough for sleeping and laying down, but not firm enough on the sides for sitting down.

Mattress is great however beware of the scam of free installation to room of choice and haul away as they do not honor it or show up on the paperwork at the end. There is also no workaround solution to this.
