The mattress itself is comfortable, not too firm and not too soft. However, when sitting on the side of the bed, you kind of slide down. Sitting on the sides of the bed is not firm enough. Comfortable enough for sleeping and laying down, but not firm enough on the sides for sitting down.

Value for money? What is that anymore? This mattress is the worst purchase!!! I gave it the “72” hrs to set up. Bed looked so good - went to get on the bed and “SUNK” The middle of the bed sinks like an old used mattress that’s been slept in and turned over and over for years?? WTF? No support whatsoever- not even the “medium firm” as described… Not a happy Amazon customer here 😡 ... show more

Great matress that has been wonderful for me and my partner who are on the heavier side. Can't beat the price either. After spending so much on my other bed I wanted something cheap but great quality and I found it in this bed.

decent for what it is, but beware... free return isn't free. They are requiring me to return it to a ups store IN A BOX. It won't fit back into the box it came in, because it's shrink wrapped when you get it and it expands. That means I would need to get a mattress-sized box to return it. And those are not FREE anywhere!! The only one I could find was to buy one online, for a twin size it would have been $88 for the box (that was for a twin!). Um... not exactly free. (So, I will not have to cancel my return and figure out what to do with it myself.) Not to mention, it said a 365-night trial, except it required me to start the return with a 30-day window. So.... I thought the mattress was good enough, and I liked the no-smell and price vs value - although as others say, it has no edge support, but laying on it feels solid and comfortable (just not comfortable enough for me to prefer it in the long run as a daily bed)... but, buyer beware if you think you might want to return it!! ... show more
