Mattress came sooner than expected. I had no issues, other than I live on the second floor and the mattress was delivered and left on the 1st floor. Other than that, the mattress is amazing.

The reason I got this is because I wanted a bigger mattress, but one that would not be toxic or offgas. This has the CertiPUR certification. Even though it's memory foam that makes me feel better. The queen size is very heavy and comes in a long box. I'm petite and I could not lift it by myself. You need to let it air out for about 2 days so it can expand to its normal size. I have to say that I love it. I like soft beds but we need the support for back, side and stomach sleeping. This accomplishes all of that for us. I weigh about 105 lbs and it feels and fits well for me. I didn't notice any strong smells. (I have it wrapped in a heavyweight mattress bag though to be sure about off gassing.) If you want it softer, it would be good with a topper and still be very affordable. I'm very happy with it so far.

This mattress is heavy! It's quite comfortable and doesn't move around a lot when someone else is on the bed. It seems to be a good quality and is probably a medium firmness. It has some give to it and forms to your body. It came in a roll and expanded after opening. Would recommend.

I remember the days (many years ahi) in which a queen size mattress was out of my reach and has to settle for a full size one. Now it's possible to buy a queen size one for roughly $200 and have it delivered to your door quickly. This particular mattress has a medium firm feel and it's a 12". The 12 layers of fabrics, foams and pocket springs makes this hybrid mattress a very comfortable one, fresh feel...Excellent value and decent quality.

I’ve been using the Full 12-Inch Memory Foam Hybrid Mattress for a few months now, and overall, it’s a great choice. The combination of memory foam and pocket coils offers solid support with just enough cushioning for comfort. I especially appreciate the motion isolation—my partner’s movements don’t wake me up anymore. It arrived conveniently in a box and expanded quickly with no odor. The medium firm feel is supportive without being too hard. I took off one star because the edges could be a bit firmer for sitting, but for sleeping, it’s excellent.
