The media could not be loaded. Yesterday we received the mattress. Be prepared for it to be very heavy in the package. It opens easily, and comes with a special knife to cut the mattress protector. About the mattress itself: Medium firmness, more softness in it. Nice fabric top cover. Ideal height. 12 inches. You can't feel the springs. I think it's a good mattress for the money. Very good quality mattress!! Last night was the first night to sleep on it and it was so comfortable!! Perfect firmness and it was fully extended almost immediately! We didn't notice any smell at all. My sister couldn’t believe it was a boxed mattress with such a low price! She will probably be ordering the same one! Definitely recommend this mattress!

This mattress expanded to the size it stated it would. My husband really likes it. I think I will go with a mattress without a pillow top next time. I need a little more firmness for my back. My husband a kids though seem to think it's very comfortable. 😄

Waited a little bit to write this review as we wanted to see how it would settle in. We needed a mattress because our lovely cat left us a present (dead mouse) on our bed while we were away from vacation. Let’s just say the mattress was toast. Our mattress was also 8 years old, so wasn’t necessary the end of the world. We searched many different sites and settled on this one for the price (Labor Day sale), reviews and type (hybrid). It is a little firmer than our previous one, which is why we waited, but since we’ve gotten it, we have been sleeping so much better. Would definitely recommend and would buy again if needed another new mattress.

Slept on this sucker for a full 16 hours. My old mattress was total dooky and this mattress was BANGIN. Still is. Keeps its shape. I let it air up about 9...? hours. No problems at all. When it ships it is very long so if you have to pick it up from somewhere get a truck

I had to get a new bed cuz my old one was sinking and very old! This bed is amazing!!! it came in a box and says to wait 24-48hrs to let it rise but i slept on it that night and it was fine! it’s very comfortable and easy to set up!

I got this mattress on sale and thought I had an awesome deal. It was packaged well and was easy to unwrap and lay on my box springs. The manufacture recommends 72 hours for full expansion. I would say it took a good 1 week for full expansion. My main gripe with the mattress is that it is way too soft. The rating says medium firm, but that was not my experience. Unfortunately, due to the softness, I began having back pains from the mattress. I have never had back pains before and once I stopped using this mattress, my back pains resolved. I really wanted to like this mattress since it was such a great value. However, it is not worth my discomfort so I will be returning it back to Amazon.
