So far I absolutely love this bed! I’ve had it for a week now. It was easy to set up and it expanded quickly. Also the customer service team helped me set up the 10 year warranty easily because I couldn’t figure it out on my own. The whole process was easy! I’ve had much better sleep on this new mattress- the difference is amazing! I fall asleep just relaxing sometimes! I have a physical job and I’ve noticed myself less sore on a daily basis the past week since using the mattress. The mattress is soft but still firm and supportive. It feels high quality! Size, thickness, and durability is really nice on this mattress. There was a smell when I first opened the package but that dissipated in a couple hours or so. Functions as expected however as far as comfort goes I would say this mattress leans quite a bit more into firm than medium firm. It's comfortable but a bit too firm.

I purchased this for my guest room and I think it will be great for that purpose! The bed filled out nicely. No weird smell. The material of the mattress is nice, not scratchy. You can certainly feel movement on the mattress but I expected that to happen. It’s quite bouncy so I’m not sure the firmness is the best, but the mattress will most likely serve its purpose well and for quite some time. Don’t want it to be too comfy so the guests don’t overstay their welcome 😉
