Very Sturdy, EASY assembly!!
Size: King Color: Black
Hubby and I have been trying to get a bit more life out of an older Stearns and Foster King mattress set. Just not sure exactly what we want to get next. I've always kept our mattress encased, it is still in good shape, but one of our twin box springs (older wood type) was broken. This mattress is monstrously heavy. So, I started looking for replacements, and thought we could try the king steel box spring. Thought about getting 2 twin xl frames, but the king was cheaper. Assembly took about an hour, maybe less, using the simple provided tools and instructions. We assembled it on top of our bed, including the cover, stood it on its side, lifted the mattress against the wall, put the new box down on the old steel frame, and pushed the mattress back down on top of it. Our teen age daughter helped us with the lifting and maneuvering, as our mattress is unwieldy and the king box is bulky. We are young elderly ;), but even so, this is at least a two person job IMHO. Well worth it! Our mattress is back to being very supportive. It does make it quite a bit taller, so you might want to measure if that would bother you. I've not noticed any noise? But we made sure to get the nuts and bolts securely tightened, and the cover on properly. Great Purchase, I would buy it again.:) ... show more

A Blessing for Me.
Size: Queen (U.S. Standard) Color: Black
I had an OLD wooden box spring that I had for over 25 years. Old school made very sturdy and fine wood. Literally don't make them like that anymore, however, it has been creaking for a long time now, perhaps over 15 years now. I put up with it for the longest and even my recent wife put up with it for the past 4 years, however, now being the father of twins, these loud creaking sounds risk waking up the babies and that is a no no. So finally invested in a new box spring and I am VERY pleased with this so far and it put a HUGE smile on my face to finally lay in bed and hear 0 creakiness. Putting this box spring together was rather simple. A 1 man/woman job. All the tools you need come in the package and you could get this done in 30 minutes roughly, give or take your activeness in assembling. The entire thing is 3 big pieces that just needs to be screwed in and then the metal bars that lay across the top once finished. Very simple to do. The instructions visually get the job done. Never any confusion on what to do. It's only been on my bed for a day, but slept like a baby last night and am happy to report that this is a great choice for box spring bed owners in search of a replacement (or new bed owners). ... show more

Cheapest Deal—Cheaper Quality—Don’t Waste Your Money
Size: California King Color: Black
This box spring almost immediately started falling apart—with the across boards popping off (with only minimal pressure being applied to the mattress above)—and having to be put back on quite often. We considered filing for a refund after a couple of weeks, but it would have required a return, and with such a large item and having to take the whole bedroom apart to deal with it, we decided to keep the box spring and deal with the inconvenience until we could afford something of better quality, and just count it as a loss but at least the item was low in cost—although even lower in quality. Well 2 weeks later, and the box spring is unusable even temporarily, and since we had to disassemble the bed and put the mattress on the floor just to get a decent night’s sleep until we can get a better quality box spring, we decided to go thru the hassle of returning it, and now it’s too late. The return window expired a few days ago. So we get to haul it to the dump and pay more money to be able to discard it. ... show more

Amazingly this metal box spring is sturdier than I thought it would be. I'm so use to having the wood box spring with the heavy duty fabric that you buy from a mattress store, but this works just as well and less expensive. I must say the assembly was not too bad. Putting the screws with the nuts on was prob the hardest part but not terribly hard. The cover fits perfectly over the box spring. My son hasn't laid on it yet so im not sure if it makes noises. I would def recommend this box spring. ... show more

solid and supportive
Size: Queen (U.S. Standard) Color: Black
I recently bought the Bedsnus Queen Size Box Spring and Cover Set and overall, I’m very pleased with it! The assembly was incredibly easy and straightforward — I had it set up in no time without needing any extra tools. The heavy-duty metal structure feels really sturdy, and I love that it’s noise-free! I can move around in bed without hearing any creaks or squeaks, which is a huge plus. The non-slip cover is a nice touch, keeping everything in place and giving the box spring a clean, finished look. It provides excellent support for my mattress and ensures that I get a solid night’s sleep. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that one of the straps broke when installing cover over the frame and would be nice if had a way to grip to a metal bed frame so it doesn't slide around. Overall, it’s a fantastic box spring at a great price, and I highly recommend it for anyone in need of a solid, durable foundation! ... show more

Easy assembly? Ha! It takes a while especially with the small Allen wrench provided. However, once put together it is sturdy and fits perfect.

Easy assembly
Size: Twin XL Color: Black
I was a little nervous about assembly but it was very easy. Directions were clear and it was packaged well. It was easier with my own screwdriver over what was provided. The box spring itself is great- much more supportive than what we got from Raymour and Flanagan. I can’t believe how low quality my old box spring was comparatively. I thought I needed a new mattress even though it’s only four years old and was not cheap. It was actually the box spring. Only thing I can’t really attest to is longevity but this seems so much sturdier than what we had before. ... show more
