When people say it took them 5-6 hours to put this bed frame together they wasn't exaggerating.! Took me a total of 6 hours to get it together by myself... The bed frame comes in a box that weighs 122 lbs.! It also comes with two small allen wrenches and two small Philips head screw drivers just in case you don't have those tools... Using those small Allen wrenchs are time consuming so I ended up modifying one by cutting off the elbow end and then using it in my Dewalt drill to drive them in to save time... Surprisingly no parts were missing.! I got lucky... Lol... Instructions was a bit confusing on some sections but easy to figure out if you have patience and think about what you are looking at... The bed frame is really cool and seems to be sturdy at the moment and as far as the LEDs.? I was so worn out after assembling this beast that I didn't even bother to put them on... Maybe one day I'll install them ... I give 4 stars because of the length of time that it took to assemble... Tip.! Take your time and have patience... Some section in the instructions tells you to not to fully tighten the screws to assure everything lines up correctly during assembling... Do not avoid doing this or you will have to go back and loosening those screws... ... show more

Pleasantly surprised! I thought this bed would be a little cheap because of the price point but it's actually surprisingly well made. The wood is actually sturdy. The headboard is better then I thought it would be, and all in alll very satisfied. Only negative was putting it together but that comes with the territory. If your thinking about buying it, just buy it. You won't regret it ... show more
