Was easy to put together and it's a sturdy bed. And you can change the light color. I did have a problem with some holes that were drilled out too small and I reached out to the seller and I was to send pics but I got sick and when I felt better just went to home Depot for smaller bolts. It was not the sellers fault and they reached out quickly. I just got sick and I felt too much time passed to send the photos. I would recommend this bed and the seller!! ... show more

I almost didn’t purchase this due to the lack of reviews so I thought it was important to write one for other customers. First of all the shipping time was incredibly fast! I ordered on the 3rd and it arrived on the 6th. The build took a little longer than expected but that may be my fault as I built it alone. Took me 3.5 hours. As for the frame itself, it is very great quality! I put grips on the bottom of each leg that touches the floor and I suggest that if you plan on putting this directly on hard flooring. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to the little nicks and bent metal. Please see photos for reference. I highly suggest purchasing this bed as the price and shipping did NOT disappoint. This came with extra hardware and great building tools. The instructions were for the most part very clear. The king mattress fits perfectly. Hope this helps!! UPDATE: after a week of owning there are 2 things I want to add. There is a bar on both sides of the bed right in the middle. You will stub your toe at some point. Also the head board eats pillows lol. The gab is large so your pillows will fall through. ... show more

I’ve bought a few bed frames in the last couple years from Amazon sellers. I thought this one would be great since it’s metal and wood/ wood slats do not hold up for the long haul. I weigh 177 so I thought my weight met the criteria for a previous purchased bed frame but I was wrong. I decided to get a metal frame and as I am trying to assemble this one, I followed the instructions thoroughly and carefully. Well, it wasn’t like this on the manufacturing end. The holes for the screws on the headboard were off. I’m talking half of the metal was covering half of the hole and not lining up at all. Determined, I skipper a few holes and made it work. This same pattern happened with the base of the frame. There is also no small bars on the frame to hold the mattress in place so the mattress shifts, even when going to barely sit. There is also a hug gap between the headboard and the mattress. I don’t think a 12 inch mattress would fill that gap in. But I know Amazon sells the gap pillows to aid with this problem. ... show more
