Pros: Silent - never hear a squeak from this Solid - it is heavy and so sturdy. The metal frame hold up our foam mattress properly and provides great support. The wood outside makes it looks so cute and I love the natural wood appearance. Beautiful - I love how it looks. It looks like it's good quality and makes elevated our whole room. Cons - Assembly took two people and a couple hours. We got the king so it could have just been the size, but honestly it took awhile. The whole this was quite heavy and I was exhausted at the end. The instructions were fine though. Damage - our piece came with a indent right in the middle of the headboard. It is small, but annoying to look at. Not sure if this was caused by shipping or manufacturing, but it is there. Seam in headboard - the headboard for the king comes in two pieces that are screwed together. No matter how secure it is, there is a small seem down the width the bed. It doesn't bother me, but I know it is annoying to others.

The item looks nice, but assembly was extremely difficult. Several parts were missing from the hardware kit, and some of the pre-drilled holes did not align properly with the screws, making it even more frustrating to put together. I even had to go to Home Depot to purchase the missing hardware. When I tried to get assistance, the Amazon support bot only provided pre-selected prompts instead of allowing me to explain my specific issue, which made the experience even more disappointing. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I would urge others to be cautious when purchasing furniture from Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this bedroom furniture! It completely changed the feel of my room and made it so much more cozy and inviting. The design is modern yet classic, so it fits perfectly with my style. The bed frame is very sturdy, and the dresser and nightstands offer plenty of storage without taking up too much space. What impressed me most was the quality for the price—everything feels well-made and built to last. Delivery was smooth, and setup was easier than I expected. Oh it’s beautiful and sturdy! I love the arches even more in person. There are ZERO creeks when you get into bed! It’s a little long putting it together but honestly it’s the best bed we have ever ordered online. At this point we’ve had a few. It’s a really heavy box so make sure you have two people to lift it but technically you can out it together on your own. Really quality material!!

Delivered earlier than expected! Was happy about that. Set up took a while.. but instructions were definitely easy to understand. It looks exactly as pictured. The storage drawers came out of box slightly bent, but I'm not too worried about it because no one is going to see that since you can't see them under the bed. That is the only reason I'm giving it four stars, though. I love it for what it is and the price. Only got it because my dog was having a hard time getting on my bed because of old age. It's the perfect height for us.

We really love our new bed! With a new baby on the way, we were looking for one that was durable, low, with storage space yet stylish. My husband spent about 5 hours building with a little bit of my help to hold pieces upright. We are very pleased with our bed and would recommend it.

I have requested a refund and will see how long it will take to get my money back. I do not recommend purchasing this dress as it requires major alterations and very poor quality.
