I was on the fence between this mattress and a pure memory foam mattress (with no built in tencel topper). I'm very pleased I went with this choice, as this mattress is a perfect combination of plushness and support. The topper gives it a soft feel, and the transfer of motion is very limited if barely noticeable at all - I can get out of bed without waking up my cat! I purchased the Cal King size, and was impressed by how compact the mattress was in the box it arrived in. I'd recommend two people to carry it, as it's a pretty dense and heavy box. Once unpacked, it inflated to its full size in less than 24 hours, though I gave it the recommended full 72 hours to fill with air and unfurl. It's been about a month of using this mattress, and it's been a dream. Hip pain has been non-existent, and I've finally experienced a full nights rest. I've recommended this brand to family and friends, especially since it's such a reasonable price compared to name brand mattresses!

The media could not be loaded. I was kinda hesitating to buy a mattress online, but this is a good gamble, and delivery is so convenient, the only complaint is that this mattress is super heavy, like 80 pounds, after unwrapping I can see the quality is very good, not too firm nor too soft. I only slept on it for one night, but can say it’s well worth the price. It makes my frame looks too cheap, I might need to replace my bed frame for a better one.

This mattress sinks in the middle. One side is flatter than the other side and I have serious back and neck pains in the morning. It started after the first night of sleeping on it and I thought my body would get used to it. It's now a month and I'm still in pain. I contacted Amazon via chat this morning and Abdul said he has not seen any reviews of such and said I have two options, return the item or get a partial refund. Now this mattress is 14 inches of foam and springs, impossible to get back in plastic and box so I can't even consider returning it. He offered 40% refund which is over $200 and asked if that was cool. I'll have to pay for it to be hauled away because I'm sleeping on my couch and that's over $100 for haul away fees. All the reviews were good and that's why I bought the mattress. I've never seen one with all good reviews and that's why I was scared of writing a review because I was giving it time but it's a month and nothing has changed. This was delivered June 11th and I waited the required 3 days before sleeping on it. Today is July 9th so it's not even 30 days. This may possibly be a defective mattress so it was quite dismissive to tell me that there are no other reviews of such. Never again will I buy a mattress online.

I’ve only had the bed for about 10 days but it’s been wonderful so far. Fairly firm but still comfortable and reasonably priced. I’m about 6’5, 240 lbs. and the bed holds me well, I hope it maintains its form for a few years.
