I came across this olive oil, originally at a specialty shop in Philadelphia. However, I was visiting, and when I was running low on this olive oil, I was really happy to find that Amazon carried it. This is a wonderful olive oil. It taste fantastic and makes a good addition when you want to taste the olive oil, but not have it overpowering. This is not an olive oil that you cook with. I use several different oils (olive, avocado, peanut, vegetable or sesame oils) for cooking, dressing, or finishing a dish before serving. Some oils are better suited for cooking, esp at high temps.
