I bought 2 and my sons absolutely love them. (Moment of transparency) they did not wait to sleep in them, they popped them out, threw their linen on, and called it a night. I really feel they are great for the price! They are extremely soft, yet firm. They don’t have the noise associated with springs which is perfect! They fit their bed frames perfect which was one of the things I was most nervous about. I am now considering buying one for my Queen size bed. After finding myself randomly lying in the boys bed, I am convinced that I am next!

Super comfortable and supportive. I’ve been using it for about 6 months for a travel job. I work every other week so it’s technically gotten 3 full months of use. I sleep on it directly on the floor, no base/frame. At 6’2” and 270 lbs, the 14” thickness is perfect—no issues with my hips touching the floor. It’s on the heavier side, but I carried it up four flights of stairs by myself. I am not excited for when my contract is over and I have to haul it out but thankfully I only got a twin size. I’d truly be fine using it full time. Great purchase.

I was able to carry it in the box that it came in. Opened carefully by just cutting the tape at the seams so as not to cut the mattress. Arrived vacuum packed and looked flat, but plumped up nicely and quickly once opened. Ten minutes after arrival I'm already laying on it, and it feels very comfy and supportive! Fits perfectly in the twin daybed I bought from Amazon. The waterproof mattress cover, also purchased from Amazon, fits it as well. I opened and installed the mattress with someone else napping nearby, and now I'm lying on it and moving around with very little noise & they're still asleep. If these go on sale for Prime Days I'm getting another for the trundle. Highly recommended!

I’ve been sleeping on the FDW 6‑Inch Queen Gel Memory Foam Mattress (Medium Firm, Bed‑in‑a‑Box) for a few weeks, and overall I’m quite pleased. Here’s how it stacks up: ✅ What I Liked Good balance of support and comfort — The medium‑firm feel gives enough structure to keep my spine from sagging, while still offering some contouring to pressure points (especially around my hips and shoulders). Cooling effect — The gel memory foam does seem to help regulate temperature better than plain foam; I wake up less sweaty than on older mattresses I’ve tried. Easy delivery & setup — It compressed into a box and expanded reliably within a day or two. Very convenient to move and position. Removable / washable cover — The cover zips off and is easy to clean, which is great for keeping things fresh. ⚠️ What Could Be Better Edge support is weak — Sitting or lying near the edge feels less stable; it tends to compress more than I’d like. Thinness shows under heavier use — Since it’s only 6", for heavier sleepers there’s a chance you’ll feel the base or frame underneath more quickly. Possible “break‑in” feel — It softened slightly after a few nights. Not a big deal, but the initial firmness was more noticeable than what I expected. I ordered 2 6" twins to replace VERY old conventional mattresses. I've looked around, but did not want to pay over $300 each for a rarely used day bed. I picked the best reviewed mattresses and am very pleased. They were delivered on time and they expanded immediately, although I waited a couple of hours to make the bed. As they are on a metal chain base, I was worried that it would ruin them, so I used the thicker of the 2 pads that I had on the old set (that's how hard they were!) on the bed frame for some added protection from the chain link. I put the other pad on the mattresses, (not that I needed it), but I do have pets. They fit great and are REALLY comfortable as you can see. BTW... both mattress pads and day bed set are from Amazon, also.
