This Diglant 14" Cooling Gel Memory Hybrid Plush Mattress was my first experience with a rolled-up mattress containing springs and not just foam, and I wasn't sure what to expect. I'm super happy with it though, and I really like the hybrid design as compared to the solid memory-foam mattresses I have tried over the years that seem to develop a permanent depression no matter what brand or price. This mattress seemed very soft when I first sat on it, almost too soft for me (I need a firm mattress for my back) but I quickly realized that although the top layers are indeed soft/plush I still get a very effective degree of firmness and support overall. So this mattress is a win for me at this point. It's surprisingly heavy, definitely requiring two people to get it up the stairs and onto the bedframe, but once situated in place and unwrapped it expanded nicely and I would never guess that it came in a tightly compressed roll, especially after giving it a few days to sit. No lingering smell. It's a nice mattress!

I am sensitive to mattresses, most are either too firm or way to soft and will cause back issues with me. I am always looking for that perfect mattress that balances firmness with softness, a hybrid is the solution. All memory foam tends to be too soft for me and spring mattresses are notoriously too firm, so the marriage of the 2 created a perfect balance of firmness and softness. I really like this mattress, I have had good nights sleeping on it and will be using it for my guest room , anted to be sure it is comfortable for family and friends! While (for me) no mattress wil eliminate lower back pain for me, I can definetely choose a mattress that does not aggravate it. I did not notice it being "cooler" than any other mattress I have owned, so unsure if the "cooling" feature is really a thing. Great mattress, worth every penny.

I love this hybrid mattress! The feeling or support level is difficult to describe in one word like "firm" or "plush" as the multiple layers of material all yield different levels of comfort that combine for a wonderful sleeping experience. The individually pocketed coil springs keep the transfer of motion to an absolute minimum while giving a firm supportive feel to your bones. Meanwhile your muscles and skin mold perfectly into the memory foam gelatinous pillow top. The experience is supportive while at the same time all-enveloping and plushy. I'm not sure that I would ever have ordered a bed in a box style mattress, but it is amazing what these mattress companies can do with vacuum shipping technology. Once fully expanded, I would never have guessed this mattress could have been crammed down into a shipping box as it is so much more than just a big block of memory foam. It is as heavy, firm and internally complex as anything I've ever purchased at a store. Great value, super comfortable, very pleased.

This mattress gets the job done. It is a made of pretty good materials and is soft but definitely on the firmer side of soft. Very convenient as it is a mattress in the box and it gets shipped right to your door. No need to get it brought from a traditional mattress store. Super easy to set up once it arrives. Just cut open the plastic rapping and the bed starts getting into shape once the air hits it. It is also a bit on the heavy side but not too heavy compared to others made out of the same materials. Is it long lasting? only time will tell. Looks well put together. Overall for someone looking to get a mattress on a budget or for a guest room this is a solid buy!
