It comes in a compressed mode. Easy to carry, but super heavy, which proves it using the solid and full material. Unlike the old mattress I had, this one had an extra layer, which made it super soft. And it bounces super well. My kids love to keep jumping on it. And once I lay down there, I can feel my entire body sinking into it. A big con for it is that it's hard for me to get up in the morning. Too comfortable.

The media could not be loaded. The mattress is super comfortable, soft, and supportive. Last time I got one from other website, it was over two hundred bucks and way too soft. I had back pain every morning. Definitely, the more expensive ones are way better quality.

First impressions, this mattress was incredibly heavy to lift. It's listed as about 120lbs on the product page and my back muscles seem to agree in aching unison. It's vacuum wrapped to fit inside a large box, about the size of a large tent bag. At any rate, it's then rolled a couple of dozen times in industrial shrink wrap to prevent accidental expansion in case of potential leaks. The compressed mattress starts to inflate as soon as you manage to take off all of the shrink wrap. This is because the vacuum bag has one air vent purposely designed to let in a limited, controlled amount of air to avoid a rapid expansion. So the user need not make any cuts except to take off the vacuum bag once the mattress is fully deflated. It is a 14'' mattress so it takes a while for it to fully inflate. I mitigated this slow process by slowly expanding the air vent which allowed more volume of air to enter at once. As a result, the mattress took about half an hour to become fully inflated. Instructions state to allow up to 7 days for the memory foam to fully inflate to size but I'm not sure if anybody has either the room or the patience to have a 120lb mattress just lying around their homes for an entire week. Further, it looked pretty much inflated from there so I'd just throw it on the bed frame. After a couple of nights on this thing, I can say that this thing rocks. I've pretty much went from spring mattresses from the days of old to memory foam mattresses and they all had one similar problem. I always seem to end up in the middle of the mattress in the middle of the night which wakes me up from the extended discomfort. Well, not anymore with this mattress. It boasts individually packed springs that doesn't rely on the adjacent springs for support covered by layers upon layers of foam that total up to 4'' in depth. It's incredibly comfortable to rest on to the point where I'm actually excited to go to bed at night. To close, it's an incredibly wonderful mattress to sleep on and equally as impressive in value at the time of writing. I ordered a twin mattress for the guest room as well. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommended.

To be completely honest, I wasn't expecting a whole lot from this mattress. I've purchased twin-size memory foam mattresses online before, but never queen-size with memory foam and springs. And rolled up, coming in a box? First of all, scroll down on the page and watch the manufacturing video. It is interesting, and it shows not only how these mattresses are made, but how they are flattened, rolled, and put into protective plastic sheeting. Very interesting! The queen mattress is pretty heavy, a little over 100 pounds according to the description. This is not a pro or a con, just a fact. It comes packaged in a long box and a couple layers of plastic. After removing the rolled up mattress from the box, my husband and I used a dolly to get it up a flight of stairs. A bit scary and unwieldy, but we did it. It is definitely more difficult to move in the rolled state than after it has been totally unpacked and left a couple of days to refresh and plump up. Two hand holds on each long side of the mattress is a LIFE SAVER! We have a heavy king-size mattress that was very expensive and it doesn't even have these hand holds. Years ago, all mattresses had them, but not anymore. The hand holds make the job of moving the mattress pretty easy. This mattress is in our guest bedroom, but my husband and I have each slept on it for about a week now, and we both really like it. My husband especially is very picky about mattresses because he has back flare-ups quite often. No back problems with this mattress at all. I would say it has medium-firm support. I plan to sleep a bit more in the guest bedroom, because I may just end up liking this mattress more than our king that we spent almost four times as much on. As of this writing, I have no complaints or problems at all with this mattress. Of course, how a mattress performs and holds up over time is the real key, but from what I've seen and felt of this mattress, I expect to be happy with it for quite a long time.
