Why did you pick this product vs others?: I loved the top design! Once I got it out the box (it is VERY heavy, oh my goodness it is heavy!), it instantly expanded! You don't need to wait 24-72 hours for it to expand, it just pops into form soon as the plastic is removed, so be prepared for that because I wasn't! I had some difficulty getting it on my bed because I did it myself. I got the 12in, should have stuck with my 10in, but I do love it, and so does my mini dachshund, best sleep we've had in a while! Only thing is, she can't jump up like she used to...I have to get a new set of steps for her...so she can hop up like she used to...other than that...this is a wonderful mattress, firm yet plush and everything it boasts about, is accurate! The mattress is very comfortable! I have back problems and weigh 250 pounds and I constantly woke up several times a night from joint or back pain on my old mattress. And this mattress has relieved my pain! It is soft on top and hard in the middle, quite heavy. Paradox! I lie softly, but my back rests and straightens. I have been sleeping on it for 2 weeks now and I really like it! Thank you!
