This order arrived quickly, sooner than expected, actually . The box is heavy, about 95 pounds, but my husband managed getting it into the house on his own. We opened the box and watched this transform from a tightly rolled coil, into a 14 inch tall, queen sized mattress. Just open up the box, put the coil on the bed frame, open the plastic cover with the enclosed opener, roll it out slightly as it begins to inflate, and turn it loose. Quite amazing, really! Within hours it had plumped up to it's full height. There was no chemical smells or anything like that. It was quite easy to set-up and it fit our bed frame perfectly. I had previously had a foam mattress so I am getting used to this firmer one. It is going to take me a little time but I'm not uncomfortable sleeping on it. It's just a different feel. This mattress seems to be well-made, I can feel the support, so I think it is a pretty good value for the money. Time will tell. My husband can fall asleep standing up, so this review is clearly a "one-sided" one.

I needed a new mattress. Regular ones at a local store have gotten so expensive. Since this had good reviews, I decided to give it a try. Much to my surprise, this has been just as good as a conventional mattress. It’s nicely firm, allowing me to sleep in comfort. It fit my sheets and box spring, but it’s very deep so it might not fit yours. It looks to be well made, but there’s no way to know how durable it is. But it looks and feels high quality. One other thing: It’s heavy. Very heavy. Ship weight was 87 pounds for the queen. So if you aren’t super strong, you’ll need help carrying it in.

We have been on the bed for ten days now. I am honestly blown away. I forgot what a good night's sleep felt like. It took about five days to adjust to the firmness of the bed. Now, I can't live without it. I have the best quality of sleep because my body isn't feeling like it is sinking all night into a heated pile of foam. For background: I have two herniated discs and two discs are bulging. If I overdo it during the day, I need my sleep to restore my body for the next day. This bed has more than surpassed my expectations with pain relief. The wrapped coils make all the difference in the world. I don't wake up every time my husband moves. If you live with someone that flops around like a fish (which I do), you need this mattress. The quality for the price is unreal. This is far superior to the other bed in a box we bought that lives in the guest room now. This king bed is HEAVY. It is a "real" mattress. The mattress height is ideal for us. We stuck it on a high quality frame and it is working out very well. The sheets fit perfectly with no issues at all. I am still in shock at how nice this bed is. I am so glad that we upgraded from a queen to a king. Trust me, after a few years of marriage, you need to sleep, not cuddle. I love him, but I don't want to be that close to him at night. I need my sleep so I can be fully rested.

This is a great bed! We purchased the medium firm and it is exactly that; between medium and firm, probably a 7 on a scale of 1-10. We are side sleepers and this mattress has enough “give” for pressure points without sagging. No sore shoulders or hips here. Edge support is surprisingly firm as well. Incredible to me that this came compressed in a box and is better than the mattress I paid $1800 for. We bought a second one after receiving and sleeping on the first.
