This bed is hard, which is EXACTLY what we needed. My husband is a bigger guy with back and neck issues and this bed is a game changer. We've bought 3 beds in the last 3 years-a sleep number that was great until it wasn't, another hybrid from Amazon that was impossibly soft and this one. We were looking for super firm andthat's what we got. No motion transferred when one of us moves, no indents. There is a nice comfy top on it too. I like the mattress it is firm. I like how soft it is too. My partner has back issue so we had to take it. But when I was opening the package very carefully with the blade which came with the mattress. The mattress got a cut from the middle by that blade. I dont know how. i was soo sad. I hadn't open the whole package by then. I didn't return it. I sewed that 12 inch cut. I am still sad but the thing is good.

The media could not be loaded. Leaving one star because of how the stitching was when we opened it. Looks like they stitched over the cotton. But definitely looks poorly stitched. Will update if they reach out with support. Update: I reached out to the seller regarding the mattress. They responded very quickly and offered a partial refund of the amount. Their customer service was very understanding and communicative. The bed overall, feels good. It is really firm and thick. I ended up getting a topper just to help with the cotton sticking out and prevent the mattress from tearing. But with the topper, it still feels firm and comfortable. Honestly the only issue how it was stitched and packaged. I really like the firmness of the mattress and would definitely recommend for those seeking a really firm mattress. I really hope they do up their quality on stitching, but for the price it's definitely worth a buy.
