This is a fantasic value for a mattress in a box. Finally actual dense memory foam, and not just regular bouncy foam! I ordered the 11" and it expanded to the full 11" in 72 hours, even the corners. No smell. Absorbs any felt movement from your partner. The firmness is great, im picky about that, i need support. Not too firm, but just right for me and the wife. This bed is absolutely worth the three days before you can sleep on it. Wait I noticed the edges were not inflating so I pulled off the cover and they inflated perfectly well. I love this bed and awesome investment.

I replaced my old mattress with this one as it was old but also this one was memory foam and I've always wanted to try a memory foam mattress. It doesn't have super great "outer wall" push up but it does feel great. I'm a side sleeper and I am having much better sleep compared to my old mattress. Previously I'd hit around 72-85 on my galaxy watch sleep stuff. With this I consistently hit around 85-95 and even got a 98 once which I didn't even think was possible. My wife really likes it as well. It does transfer movement so I don't wake her at night when I need to get up to pee or she doesn't wake me if there is a kid upset about something. All in all for the price it's definitely a buy. Also, forgot to mention this when it comes it's extremely well packaged. When you unwrap it if you don't punch a hole at first it will actually attempt to roll itself back up so poke a small hole using the tool they provide and then unroll then let it expand for a while. It's semi heavy but not impossible to move or anything.

This mattress is comfortable for me, I do like more firm beds. The only thing is that it didn’t inflate all the way, maybe about half way. There was no smell and it is otherwise comfortable.

Figured I'd share a screenshot of it with the bed made. After sleeping on it for a few weeks, I can say this definitely feels like a medium firm mattress .We had a zinus brand mattress that was about 5 years old and starting to cause back pain. We originally tried replacing it with an "extra firm" (8/10 firmness) mattress by winkbed since they were so highly rated, but it hurt my back. THIS ONE DOESNT HURT! AND it resolved the back pain my wife and I were both having from our old bed. That being said, I expect this to last for about 5 years, and at one tenth the price of a winkbed and a quarter of the price that any other "run of the mill" bed would be, this seems like an excellent deal. In ending, I'd compare it to a zinus mattress. And it's great!

I ordered a 9” mattress, and as many people out there who are promised 9” and things come up a couple inches short they feel disappointed and cheated. This is unacceptable.

The media could not be loaded. UPDATED: 2/1/25: Well, I got distracted and just let this sit for two weeks, and it finally did plump up to its full 13 inches. It did take the full two weeks, which is WAY too long for a mattress in a box, but it did finally get there and did become more comfortable. It's still not the most comfortable mattress I've ever owned, but at least now the cooling gel layer is evident and you can actually sleep on it overnight. I still wouldn't put a couple on it who weighed more than approximately 130 each, and it still took too long to get there, but it improved. I'll go ahead and bump it up to four stars because I am kind hearted, but please do read the original review below, which is untouched. ****Original Review as follows ****** I'm not particularly pleased for several reasons. The first and most important is simply that it's not very comfortable. It's just too soft. It might be OK for children, who are much lighter, but as an adult I wasn't comfortable at all. Two adults is right out unless they are child-sized petite. Again, it's too soft, and there's a tendency to feel as though you're going to roll off the edge that sets your whole body tense. But even when you're in the middle of the mattress it's not particularly comfortable. One of the corners is still not properly set. See video. Now, it is worth noting that I ordered a 13 inch mattress and received a 9 inch. It said 13 inches on the box, but 9 inches it is – again, please see video. Whether a 13 inch one would be more comfortable or not I don't know, but I have doubts. This really is just straight memory foam. No spring coils, nothing to give it firmness. The gel memory foam or whatever it is on top is very soft. As I say on the video, it's essentially a glorified mattress topper. It does have a few good points. I like that the cover unzips and you can remove it entirely to be washed. That's good. It also unrolled easily and inflated to its proper size within 24 hours. I didn't use it for three days, hoping I might get the 13 inches, but nope. Still, it rose to to 9 inches quickly enough. And there was no smell that I noticed. So it's not completely bad, but I would not order it again. I would stick with hybrids if you're going to go with a bed in a box. As for me, I'm probably going to tear it open, throw the gel top away, and cut the foam to size to be a car sleeper mattress.

If you never had a bed in the box, please open the package in the room which the bed is going to go in. It made life a whole lot easier. I notice a slight smell but nothing strong enough so I have to open the window. The expansion rate probably took 2 or 3 hours to fully expand, but they recommend leaving it out for a whole day. Taking a look around the mattress, I don't see any misstitch or poor quality so that's always a plus and sleep wise. Let's just say this mattress made it very easy to be like to work and my comfort level with this match. In particular, it's a solid 8 to 9 territory!
