I ordered this mattress because we needed a new one, I have a boxsprings, this bed is soft and comfortable, my hubby's recovering from pneumonia so it's important to have a bed we can sleep on and have a good night sleep. I thought i got a 10 inch but I guess I Hoya 12 inch which is perfect. This price is good for just a mattress. I would say it's med firm. So it has softness. So far it's holding up!! I would recommend this bed!

For the price this is amazing so far in our guest room My mom slept on it a few nights and said it wasn’t too hot and it was a good medium firm. Not for someone that might want SUPER soft, but honestly very comfortable. She said it is a little stiffer around the edges, but maybe that will wear in. Worst case, add a quick topper after some time and it’s still great for the price. So can’t comment on a continued use/durability .

pretty comfy! It fits great on a bed frame that doesn't require a bed frame. Also if you keep ripping the plastic at the big seam , it wont pop out and possibly break your nose! 4 stars because of weird smell of mattress (like new material smell or something)
