For the cost of this mattress, I am pleasantly surprised by how well I slept on it. It’s just the right combination of firm and soft and made my back pain so much better. Really worth the money even if it only lasts a couple of years or so.

We just moved our kiddo into a bigger room and needed a new mattress. I am always nervous about buying things like this online, however I took a chance after reading reviews. I'm so glad I got this one because it's so great. The support is what I would say is medium in terms of mattresses. It's durable and thick, but not so firm you hurt laying on it. I also can use standard sheets and didn't have to go buy the deep pocket ones so I was happy about that. Some reviews said the mattress has a slight smell when they first opened it, but ours did not. Great fit for the new room and easy on my wallet.

It’s really a good bargain it has all the expensive mattresses features for very reasonable price. It took few hours until fully expanded, doesn’t have any chemical smell, thick and feels sturdy. It doesn’t make any sounds, the cover material is so soft.I believe it’s medium firm and really comfortable. My morning back pain is almost gone. I really recommend this mattress

Came in a box so that's convenient but is super heavy so two people are needed to be moved. I took it out of the box once it arrived 2 days ago and it has expanded good. There was no smell to it so that's good. Description says it's a medium to firm but feels plush to me, although, it may still need to finish expanding to its final comfort. Excited to see how it finally feels in a few days and how it holds up, but first impression so far so good.

I really wanted to “like” this bed but I just can’t seem to find any liking of this mattress at all. It is not comfortable laying on this mattress. The bed seems very firm right in the middle of the mattress then the top and bottom are soft. For instance, if you sit on the middle of the bed and scoot a little to the left or right you will literally be sitting unevenly. You can feel that there is no support pass the hard firm middle. Even when you sleep on the bed with pillows and everything, it feels very firm and hard on your back, also feels like your bottom half is higher than your head. Almost giving u the feel of sleeping upside down or sliding down. I thought hm, maybe this is the foot of the bed, switched it around and found it to be just as uncomfortable. Sadly, I bought two of these mattresses. BOTH OF THEM have that same “sliding” feel when I lay on it. It’s just not worth the money because it is so uncomfortable. Definitely returning these mattresses.

I was honestly surprised by how comfortable this Novilla Queen 14-Inch Hybrid Mattress turned out to be. It arrived neatly packed in a box and expanded fully within a few hours, with barely any odor. The medium-firm feel is just right — supportive enough for my back, but still soft on top thanks to the plush pillow top.
