When I received the product the frame of one of the signs was broken. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent a replacement. Not bad for the price but I wouldn't consider it heavy duty. Good customer service though.

This took three people to put together!! The instructions were very very vague! However, once we figured it out it was very easy to put together the second one. Who knew the frame edges flip open towards you?? Who knew the base is for water? However, it got done and the stand is super sturdy and very reliable! I previously gave this seller less than 5 stars because they sent me the wrong size item. I don't know if they saw that review, but immediately afterwards, they sent me the correct size poster stand. I'm so grateful for the extra effort to get the order right! Our theater lobby is tight when patrons are buying tickets and concessions, and easels were easily getting kicked over, posters falling off, etc. This poster stand design is one step to assemble, and the edges of the frame fold outward, exposing the protective transparent sheet, under which you place your poster/flier. No tools necessary, and anyone on staff can do it. Only takes one square foot of space, and the swivel makes it possible to show any oriented poster at any angle. ... show more

Running a small table at the craft fair i needed a way to easily advertise my goods and give a price list where everyone could see and it wouldn't be in the way of my table as space is limited. This is perfect for displaying my craft "menu" off to the side without taking up tabletop room. The pole stand that connects the base mount and snap holder does not extend as it should. It is stuck inside of the telescopic part. It was incredibly difficult to twist the extender and does not budge. This was right out of the box as well.
