Very good quality bed. I got this for my daughter’s guest room ( where I sleep when I visit), and it has been great. We opened it up after placing it on the bedframe ( so glad we did that) and let it air out and fluff for two days. It fluffed up very quickly and probably could have slept on it right away, but we decided to give it a good chance to finish fluffing. It is quite comfortable- I would say it’s a medium firm. It was a great deal cost wise. Ours had no odor to it, so we were pleased with that. I have purchased other rolled up beds from the big box store, and like this one equally as much. The box was heavy to move but my ( adult) daughter and I could do it. I am happy I found this product and am happy to recommend to others

This our first time ordering a bed-in-a-box and our experience so far has been great! This king size mattress, in its compressed form, is pretty heavy and awkward to carry upstairs but we managed with two people. Unpacking out of the box is easy, just open one end, stand it up on that end and lift the box off. Unwrapping is straight forward, just be prepared for a POP and expansion when you get to the end of the wrap. Lay it on your box spring or frame and unfold it. Then use the enclosed cutter to slit the plastic and let it expand! Let it sit for 72-hours as instructed… It’s that simple. It feels a little lighter than the old mattress - they say to replace your mattress every 8-years? I can believe that now… the accumulation of “stuff” in the mattress from your environment and body adds to the weight over time. The build quality is excellent for it being a bed-in-a-box. The description claims it is a “medium-firm” firmness… that is correct. The 12-inch helps to keep it “medium” with the topper cushioning. Coming from a traditional Queen-sized mattress over 10-years old makes this new mattress experience even more impressive. I’ve noticed there are no longer any pressure points along my body. It’s supportive yet comfortable. There was no smell… unless you count that mattress store smell of new beds? We’ve been sleeping on the mattress for 10-days now and it is a big improvement over the old one. Our sleep has improved and the extra space of a King is a welcome change. For the listed price we are thoroughly impressed. We can full recommend this particular model if you’re in the market for a King-Sized mattress. Now the question becomes “how long will it last and hold up over the next few years?!”.

I always feel like buying a mattress is a mystery these days--you're never sure exactly what you're going to get inside. We were a little concerned when the box arrived, as the mattress was not only rolled, but also folded in half (which seems relatively common these days). Ultimately, it did expand to full size with no creases. So, quality seems to be very good for a vacuum-packed mattress. I'd say it's medium-firm with a soft top, which was fine for me as a mostly-back/sometimes-side sleeper. Value is on par with others mattress in this price range.

Nice mattress, very low profile. Mattress set into place quickly after being removed from packaging. Although thin, it's heavy to me when lifting. I had a few things spill and cleanup was easy and the stains came right out. Sleeping on the mattress is good so far. It's slightly firm and doesn't sink in when sat on, but it's still comfortable.

The main takeaway from this mattress to me is that it feels more like a spring mattress than just memory foam. I've owned a couple of other memory foam mattresses in my life and this one feels significantly more like a spring mattress. When you sit or get up you'll feel a bouncing motion, which I never got from my other memory foam mattresses that have more of a steady zero motion type of pressure. In all other aspects its nice, I'm just not used to that bouncing feeling because I've slept in memory foam so long and left the spring mattresses behind years ago, except for when I'm in a hotel or otherwise. There was no significant odor or anything, it expanded properly over 72hrs as the manufacturer recommends. It came well packed and is fairly heavy. I did sleep well on it, didn't wake up with any discomfort. I would say their description is right about medium firm, probably more on the medium side than firm. Overall nice and fairly priced too
