I waited a while to write this review to see how it seemed the mattress was going to hold up. And now, I really can't recommend it highly enough, especially for the price. I have hypermobile joints and have suffered from lower back and hip pain for a decade or more. After the first night I slept on this bed, I woke the next morning and stood up pain free for the first time since I can remember. I didn't even think that was a possibility in my life anymore. The mattress is very firm, so that's sth to be aware of if that's not what you're looking for. Definitely a bed you sleep on more than in. If you're a side sleeper, you might want a thin topper to reduce pressure on hips and shoulders but I definitely wouldn't discount this mattress if you are. Also, if motion transfer is a concern, this might not be the best option as the memory foam isn't thick enough to isolate movement, but the springs are strong enough that you're not going to be sucked into a divot made by your partner either. It is very heavy compared to other boxed mattresses I've unpacked in the past. It recommends two people to unpack it. I didn't have anyone to help and managed but it was a struggle and I'm used to moving heavy objects at work, so maybe plan for that if you have mobility or strength issues. Also, due to the weight, I'd be wary of moving it too much by the handles. I heard a few stitches pop when I tried and decided against it but it's not hard to grab the mattress itself and the cover feels durable while also being pleasantly soft. There was very little smell during the expansion period, and not "chemically" either, unlike the memory foam mattresses I've unboxed in the past. I did wait the whole three days before sleeping on it, and I think that's the right call, even though it was almost fully expanded within a few hours, not because of any smell, but only to allow the materials to set and hourly prolong product life. Honestly I'll never go back to a troat memory foam mattress after sleeping on this. Even if it only lasts a few years, it will be worth the money, and so far it is holding up beautifully and I don't foresee any issues

I am so happy that I finally found a firm mattress! I have bought two brands of mattresses before this one that had good reviews but turned out to be way too soft. I am so happy that I finally found one that I can sleep through the night without heat build up or sinking into it. It took me only two nights to get used to this mattress which is so much better than it took for the others. With the others I was in pain for an entire week, with this one I felt only slight rib pain for the first two nights most likely because I had been sleeping on to a soft mattress previously and had to get used to a firm mattress again. I have been looking for a mattress to replace a mattress I had for 30 years that was wonderful, I had bought it at furniture factory outlet that is no longer in business so I was on the lookout for one that was a good replacement and I finally found it. The previous mattress I have was a Tempur-Pedic mattress and gave support for my back and I have to say this one does the same. I'm also so happy that I am not getting hot through the night, my bedroom got all the way up to 78° Fahrenheit and I didn't get overheated from the mattress, I did have a fan going but all my other mattresses, I never could make it through the night without having to go put the air conditioner on. I prefer not to have a air conditioner going during the night because then my I start hurting. The fan that I put on I just face it up to the ceiling to just to circulate the air so it's not direct. I also was impressed by the quality of the mattress because other mattresses were made out of material that was cheap material but this mattress is more of of the slick-type material that the older mattresses were made from which makes it easier to clean if I ever needed to. I also put a mattress cover over it that would not overheat, it's made from bamboo and also it would soften a bit more of the mattress because I felt like the mattress was just a little firm for me. I bought the bamboo mattress cover off of Amazon so you can find it also so that you won't also get the mattress to overheat, I used a different mattress cover earlier on this mattress that was supposed to help repel water but I found that I lost the cooling Factor off of this mattress using it so it's important to make sure that if you put a mattress cover over it that you have one that's made of bamboo or something of that sort so it will work with the cooling in the mattress but also protect it. I'm 5'3 and weigh 170 lbs, so it supports an adult without sinking. I left it in my living room for three days to expand fully as the instructions say so I can still sleep in my old bed. I was heavy, my brother had to help me maneuver it to my room down a hall. It's a full size mattress, and the straps worked great for the last part of putting it on my platform. It expanded good and the thickness of height was correct, again the weight though is heavy so get help because that maybe why it took me two days to not wake up with back pain.

The mattress is great for the money! Made very well and is firm and very comfortable! My complaints are if you are older or a senior or have any type of back issues this mattress is very heavy when rolled up in the box! Queen is about 85 lbs! You may need some help lifting the box and unwrapping the vacuum seal! Once unwrapped it inflates almost immediately and there is almost no smell! If any it is very faint! The other issue I had is if you want to return it the customer service is not very good and they may give you a run around like they did me until Amazon was notified! Other than those two issues, the mattress is excellent for the money!

Awesome mattress and value! I got the firm 12" hybrid mattress trying to find something similar to Japanese mattresses - this is great! Quite firm yet cannot feel the springs. Sleeps cool. The company is quick to respond and helpful with questions. It took a full 24 hours to take a smooth flat shape (there were initially lumps in the top layer) and a couple days for the smell to subside. Happy so far!!

This is a great little mattress. Not too firm and not too soft. After having issues with my back and sleeping in a bed, that was too soft, they seem to do the trick and help my back issues. Shipping was good and arrived nicely it took a few hours to spring to life, but it’s perfectly shaped now!
