Just like a dry bag I use while kayaking, but for a bike. Easy on/off, and holds a lot of stuff, the open bag viewed from the top looks like it has an undetectable extension charm placed on it! . My truck only gets 11MPG at elevation so I started bike commuting to save money as well as trim down a bit. I use them mostly for groceries; These will hold more than I care to haul up the hills in Colorado Springs. 40 lbs is the most I've carried so far, and the most I want to!

I hope to do some bike travel this year, and I need more than a trunk bag. These panniers are solidly made and easy to install. They are basically dry bags made for a bike. Nor worries about anything inside getting wet. Looking forward to some bike trips this summer.

I've had these for maybe 6-9 months. Can't remember exactly when I bought them. They are good quality and fit a fair amount. I just wish they had a bit more fabric on top so you could really stuff it and still close it fully. I always run into the issue where there is not enough space for the closing off of it and still maintaining the waterproof. But they work well enough. I've used them on a couple bikecamping trips and they work pretty well otherwise.

I only have 50 miles on these but they are a great value. I love how waterproof they are. They mount perfectly on my rack. They are a little heavy for bike packing, but for the price it's worth it. I did read that some people broke what they thought was a carrying handle. That's just the release strap. Not meant for carrying. Use the large strap over the top instead to carry these and you'll have no trouble.

Have had a lot of good luck with this brand, and these bags are no different. The only downsides are that they are a little on the heavy side and the handle design makes them hard to carry off the bike, but as long as those things don’t bother you these will serve you great. Especially for the price!

I used these bags riding the GAP and part of the C&O trails. They worked great! It was a long trip in a LOT of rain and mud. They stayed perfectly waterproof the entire time, but it’s not a bad idea to line them with heavy duty plastic bags just to be safe. I thought they were pretty easy to put on and off the bike. I don’t love that all the clips that hook to the bike racks are plastic and one did get lost. The bags have ample storage space for my sleeping gear, clothes, food, etc. These aren’t ultralight bags, they have the weight and feel of your typical outdoors dry gear bag. I think these are very reasonably priced compared to ortlieb bags and do the same job!
