  • Garage
Easy one person assemble. Good quality. Has weathered some windstorms.

  • Solid, well constructed cover
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
Canvas is thick and water-repellent. Frame takes a little time to construct, but direction not difficult to follow along with pictures. Two of us assembled, and I would recommend not lifting the canopy onto side walls by yourself. The metal frame is substantial; once completed and tightened. Overall, the cover is sturdy. A few drawbacks to kit (IMHO): 1. Wing nuts are used vice standard nuts. I believe wingnuts are used to stop people from overtightening the fasteners, causing breakage and collapsing of tubing. The user should check the tightness of fasteners once in a while to verify they have not loosened up under use. 2. The directions for side wall bars location on wall and insertion into canvas needs more direction. The location is approximately 14" - 16" from the bottom of the sidewall. Knowing location helps get the main tarp close to finish location before the top frame is installed on side walls. 3. Hold down pins are marginal to hold cover in winter weather conditions. Pins look similar to oversize tent stakes with smooth shank. Windy weather causes a lot of lift on canopy and wiggle to loosen stake hold in soil. I ordered some nylon weight bags to place on sidewall feet in order to hold the cover in place. Even with drawbacks, the canopy is still a quality unit, has good overhead clearance and width for equipment/vehicle parking. Parts are labeled well to match directions; all components packaged well. I do not know how the canopy holds up over time yet; will update in time. Note: You receive multiple numbered boxes with the kit. Also, two of us picked up and move a short distance after assembled; don't move too far. ... show more

  • Took a couple hours to assemble
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
It took a couple hours to assemble, and the assembly bolts aren't the highest quality, cheap materials. But it's sturdy nonetheless, and lots of room.

  • Very well made and worth the $$
Absolutely very happy with this carport. Well made and will last a very long time. I put this up myself. Instructions were so easy to follow.

  • Easy to assemble for 2
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
My brother and I assembled this in a few hours. It was clear that we had to take extra care on the position of the wing nuts so they wouldn't rub through the tarp. The only issue I had was their was not clear marker for center of the tarp. It would have made assembly a little easier knowing that information. We were also missing some pieces at the end but a quick email and a few days later they arrived in the mail. I'm very happy. ... show more

  • Not super sturdy
I’ve had this a couple months and the cover is a tarp material that’s not overly thick or sturdy There are a few west holes in it from the wind and the screws that hold it together were very cheap . Def not worth the money

  • Snow peak
Size: 13'X20' Color: Dark Gray
Update: I bought 30inch augers and anchored this down on the 4 corners. This kept it from flying away on me but the whole frame warped and bent. I am very disappointed in my purchase. The two I purchased didn't even last a whole year. If you live somewhere that gets even the occasional high winds this will not work. Update:the whole thing just flew away in high winds and damaged my truck. Buy your own anchors. Finally started putting this together. Overall it’s not a terrible build and it seems be fairly sturdy. I purchased the one with the high peak in order to reduce snow load. This build is definitely a 2-3 person minimum build job. These poles will bend if you torque them too much. Take your time and tighten everything down in sections when connecting the poles and joints. When putting the tarp on attach the front and back panels to the top most part or otherwise you will need a tall ladder to get everything attached. The instructions are not very good but can be managed. The big tarp portion goes on side to side and there are pockets for the side bars to slide into, this keeps it tight side to side. There are straps hanging out of the front and back edges. (Do not pull these out!) these tighten side to side using the provided ratchet hooks. Once you have these hooks in everything should tighten up nicely. Go slow and have help. It’s a little tight front to back for a 2015 GMC Sierra 2500 with a standard bed and 4 doors. See my pictures. I can still just barely get the doors zipped shut though but they do touch the front and back of the truck when closed. A note for the manufacturers put a line in the middle of the main tarp to mark the middle of where it should sit on the peak of the frame this would help line everything up during assembly. Add a tying strap to the peak spot would be even better. ... show more

  • Excellent customer service!
I am extremely impressed with the integrity and quality of the customer service from this seller. One tip regarding ground stakes: The stakes provided with many different manufacturers' portable garages and sheds are inadequate for windy conditions. If you check the reviews of this one, you'll see complaints about a couple of them blowing over. This is a very easy problem to fix/avoid at very low cost. Stakes made out of rebar, 12" or 16" long with bent tops so you can hammer them into the ground, will keep a portable garage/shed from blowing over. There are also even better stakes at a slightly higher price with augurs that screw into the ground. Don't let your portable garage blow down for want of a horseshoe nail, so to speak. Invest in good stakes. ... show more
