I bought the KING BIRD ANTI-SNOW HEAVY DUTY SHELTER because the last shelter I purchased from another brand collapsed under the snow. have not put it together yet, BUT a pond reading the instructions any warranty is void if you do not take the structure down in inclement .

The carport was easy enough to setup, having at least one other person to help is important. I use it for outside storage, like a shed. I did have an issue with a side collapsing down but the company replaced the parts, including the top, because it was still under warranty. Jenna was very helpful.

The instructions for this thing are absolutely horrible. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to put on this bottom support beams. This thing is absolute garbage. Absolutely horrible instructions and no videos whatsoever anywhere online on how to put this thing together
