The garage tent is not as sturdy as I thought it would be for $600+ paid for it. Tubular steel is not that thick. The unit is not very stable, possibly because of some missing pieces. The directions to install the two end stabilizers are not accurate, or as I suspect, there are some missing parts. I was missing one of the stabilizer brackets. And for some reason I had three corner brackets? Directions did not match the materials provided. I regret buying this product and wished that I paid the $750 for another brand that I know is much, much better.

Came home to find this crumpled on the ground where the poles buckled under a light wind. Not sturdy at all. However, when I spoke with customer service they were quick to help. They stayed in contact with me until new parts had arrived and I confirmed that everything was assembled and working. Itโs beena few days and the new parts seem sturdy.

First carport here. Is as described and arrived quickly w/no issues. Little tight getting in and out of my full-sized pickup truck. Have to park really close to one side and still hit the frame with my truck when getting out. Heavy set guy here though. Wifes 300 fits fine in there though and no complaints from her. The instructions for building this thing aren't the best. Have to use a little common sense and should be ok. I did it by myself but was difficult. Would highly recommend 2-3 people if possible. Would buy again if needed though.

When I ordered this I did not expect a permanent garage for the money but I did expect a little more than what I got. Setup was not that difficult and with a little extra anchoring I would think it would be up to the task. Instead with only light wind the wall poles actually bent at the top joint. I have emailed the manufacturer at the address on the label on the garage to buy a few more and have yet to get any response.

The instruction are horrible. The tarp needs more eye hooks. The rope stitches The ones that are there and looks as though they will tear out. Some of the poles had slight bends in them making the structure not very strait. Best to have 6 people to help put together or the poles bend even more. I'm really hoping this will endure any harsh weather, but my hopes are low...

You get what you pay for 700 for a 12x20 isn't a lot of money so I didn't expect much and for that I wasn't disappointed if it last a year it will be worth the money but I have my doubts plan on having at least three people and no wind while installing we had to anchor one side down and use wrachet straps to pull the other side somewhat square in order to get the cover on and it still took a lot of work.

Instruction say to take it down during inclement weather or warranty will be void. Description says screws at attachment points, frame has spring clips! The only screws are on the lower tubes that tighten the cover. Zippers are very questionable, I have jackets with zippers that are more robust than these.

The instructions are fairly easy to follow. I recommend two people when setting up. Difficult to put the tarp on when it's windy. I was short 4 bungies for the doors. Overall I'm happy with the structure. We will see how it holds up to the ND winter. I would have likes to see longer sturdier stakes for the four corners.
