I would give this a 5 star review if it was on the actual bed frame. But the directions are pictures. Nothing is labeled what part or what screws or bolts to use. We were concerned about it being noisy but it is not. It’s beautiful when put together. Use a power drill to save time.

I've had this bed for 2 years. It looks great and that's where the good news ends. It's very creaky. You can't move without a lot of noise. Last night while we were asleep, the bed collapsed. One corner completely gave way as the side rail split. I got stuck between the bottom of the headboard and the bedframe. What a nightmare! I wouldn't recommend this bed! ... show more

When this was delivered I opened every box to check that all the pieces were intact. I ordered the bed,2 dressers, a tall dresser and a night stand. All the items were very well packaged. Making the most of the space available in the boxes and great care taken to protect the items in shipping. The night stand did have a small blemish but all the other items were perfect. I contacted Habitro about the nightstand and was offered a discount which was promptly credited to my account. Their customer service was amazing. Quick answers to all my emailed questions. I love this bed frame, but my only complaint is how noisy it is. Simply turning over causes the entire frame to creek. I wish there was a better fix to that issue.

I received my Bed before the delivery date. I was missing a box and sent an email. They reached out to me that night and had the missing box by 8:30 in the morning the next day. My bed looks amazing and worth the money. Very well built!!!
