Very comfortable and easy to put together. I was able to assemble this within an hour and able to put my mattress on it. It doesn't need a box spring but you could put one on if you wanted to. i love the wood finish on the frame and headboard.

Seems solid enough. Assembly went well, though one piece might have been mislabled as Right instead of Left. The slats definitely need to be pre-drilled or they can split when screwed in. And the headboard has a very noticeable joint where two pieces of wood are glued. Noticeable due to the light color I think. But the horizontal headboard pieces are not one single piece of wood. Because the legs sit outside the edge (diameter?) of the bed, I touched them with my toes and feet a few times when walking around the bed. My first frame of this design, so I can’t say it is better than a less expensive one.

Was hesitant about purchasing this as the reviews were from free receiving members, however I did. The bed frame arrived on time. The box was extremely heavy so beware. Once disassembled out of the box, I organized all the pieces and began construction of the bed in place. Do not try to assemble this then move it!!! Assemble in the place where you will use it!!! I assembled the bed on my own in around 2hrs. Instructions were minimal but common sense leads you to the right order of construction. I have used the bed for about a week and it is exceptionally sturdy and comfortable. It’s perfect for the look of my room. It’s minimal in design and look, so if you’re looking for a statement bed this is not it. Terrific value for money. Would buy from this seller again.

just purchased. It is as advertised, solid wood; BUT has assemble issues. Head board & Foot board easy assemble. I'd suggest do those assembles on a queen/king bed, makes it easy & no damage, The trick is making the bed frame square. To do that connect side rails (assembled, 2 pieces, not good design), then connect both rails to head and foot boards, loosely. Then install mattress supports with feet attached, and square slat section prior to side rail attachment. Use carpenters square. Then tighten up all connecting bolts. Package weighs 94 pounds, so prior to assemble inspect for warpage, which can be issue! and If return UPS is your only option. !

Really impressed with the quality of these bed frames — especially at this price point. The real wood is beautiful and not just a veneer, which I really appreciate. The only downside is that assembly is a bit tedious, and a few holes weren’t fully cut through. Thankfully, it was an easy fix with a screwdriver and mallet. Overall, still a great purchase!

No sharp corners. Not a frame that wastes space on being needlessly much wider than the mattress. Nice color. Would be nice if the main beams on the sides spanned the whole length, but works fine.
