We’ve had this mattress for 3 months. I was looking for something without fiberglass in the cover! So glad we took the risk on this, we wanted firm but memory foam like. But not memory foam. Lol It helped my husbands back, he had Lower pain that has dissipated since using this mattress. I have even noticed my body feels more supported overall. We both side sleep and stomach & this supports. Our old (hybrid) mattress that cost 3x as much was not even 5 years old & lost support the last couple years. My old mattress was the firmest memory foam ever and I LOVED it. I was hesitant to buy online because it seems like other people's idea of "firm" is my back's idea of a squishy and unsupportive nightmare. I decided on this one based on a few reviews saying it was too firm (sounded good to me). After a few weeks, I'm very happy with it. First, it doesn't have a chemical smell and doesn't contain fiberglass, yay. The firmness is, to me, excellent. It feels a little more plush than my old one, but not like I'm sinking in. It feels luxurious and supportive. Edge support isn't a big deal to me, but it definitely has less edge support than I'm used to. If you sleep on the edge you might care, idk. The mattress expands very quickly. It is on the firm side but very comfortable. My old mattress was hot. I had constant issues with my legs getting sweaty. I couldn’t use blankets. This mattress is FANTASTIC for regulating temperature. It breaths very well and I sleep with blankets on and with NO sweating. It also eliminated my lower back pain. I've had chronic back pain the last two rears. The new mattress seemed to make it ache worse the first two nights, but as I adjusted or it did, the pain all resolved on its own. I ordered this mattress for the guest bedroom. I sleep on a Tuft and Needle Mint, which I love, and figured this mattress would be an affordable and comfortable bed for the guest bed. I slept in this bed for two weeks, and I slept well, although I do think this mattress absorbs and holds more body heat than my Mint. I found myself rolling to the cool side of the mattress in the night. My mom subsequently slept in this bed a few nights, and she thought it was comfortable. No complaints from her. ... show more
