So, I will use no useless words: This product was shipped promptly. Fedex handled the shipment roughly and delivered it with ruptured boxes causing me concern about hidden damage. Inspection revealed no punctures or rips in the chair parts. No parts were missing. This chair is made offshore and packaged in a generic box allowing many “manufacturers” to claim it as their own. Look and compare; you will find offers by various sellers. Assembly is easy and requires 15 minutes if you read and follow the instructions. Some physical strength is required to press the chair components into place. The 29 volt power supply box and some cables will lay loose on the floor under the chair. If you use adhesive velcro tape and cable ties the loose parts can be secured. The chair has no flaws in the material or workmanship. Its quality is commensurate with its price. The structure is solid and provides a firm seat and backrest. The leather areas are slippery because it's new. Operation of the right side switch panel requires arm reaching and dexterity with fingers. You can’t see the control panel when sitting in the chair; you must feel it. Motor operation is smooth and quiet. The chair is stable when fully raised or reclined. The two-motor design provides independent control of back and legs. Activation of the massage and heat functions requires use of the cable mounted remote control. Dexterity with fingers is required to select the desired function. My recliner arrived very quickly & was very easy to assemble. Though there was an issue w/how & where it was delivered, Kimohome took control of the situation & never let up until I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED !! They stood behind me, no, they led the charge & went toe-to-toe w/the shipper on my behalf. That is certainly rare nowadays, whereas, they weren't gonna quit until I was happy, because the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT ! Oh, & the leather recliner is very comfortable . . . .& gorgeous !
