I just installed it yesterday, but it was easy to put on and seems VERY rugged. Looks like it will be water repellent, if not completely watertight. They even included some spare parts. I like it so far. And it looks good on the truck!

I will admit I was skeptical because this soft tonneau cover is so much less expensive than most of the other covers out there, but my inner cheapskate won and I took a chance based on the other good reviews for this item on Amazon . I purchased this cover and installed it on my 2024 Ford Maverick. I consider myself someone who likes to tinker, but NOT a skilled craftsman/super handyman. The installation was very straightforward and easy. I like that there is absolutely no drilling or risk to damaging the truck, and nothing is permanent. Once installed, the fit was perfect, and the stretch of the cover is nice and tight. I can recommend this cover 100%. I wish I had taken a video/pictures along the way of installation so I could post on here... I just didn't expect to be so impressed but was blown away! Right now I've got the cover rolled up because I started working on installing bike racks (which is part of the reason I specifically wanted a SOFT tonneau, but I'll try to make a point to come back and add pictures later to show how nice the fit is. If you're looking for a soft topper for a Ford Maverick (or similar short bed), get this one! You won't regret it, and spend the bucks you save on other gadgets/modifications!

The cover is nice, looks good, easy to install and is 99% waterproof. The two areas where I notice small amount of water coming through are the two gaps on the side rail cover and at the tail gate because there is a cutout at the top. I filled the two side gaps of the rail cover with a little of the gasket maker that comes in a tube. For the tailgate I put a piece of Frost Kink 5/16" home, auto, marine weatherstrip on the tailgate divot.

Letting ya'll know I am a short 5'0 girl with no upper body strength, but I installed absolutely every accessory to the trunk of my pickup. This was by far one of the easiest things to install and it's so easy to use. I love how you can open the cover one panel at a time which really optimizes the kind of things you can fit in your trunk while keeping everything safe. I live in an area where "rainy" is easily a cat 1 hurricane (just jokes but also pretty accurate), and it is VERY weatherproof, everything was completely dry.

Given that it's half the price of competing products this is a good value. It's solid, fairly simple to install and reasonably secure and weather resistant. There are several issues - the first is that the mounting hardware is cheap and poorly thought out. There are 3 sets of threaded screws/bolts attached to the leaves. Due to the angle they sit at, the screws stick out into the cargo area and interfere with larger items. I used my maverick for a move and had trouble packing boxes along the sides as a result. They should have been angled differently. Another issue is the actual hook that attaches the screw to the bed rail. It should slide over the screw and tighten down with the hand screw. For some reason they threaded it which makes no sense at all, as it has to hook under the side of the bed to retain the cover and you can't do that if you have to screw it on. chinesium at it's finest. Another issue is the rear corners. The overall length is too long and they extend over the corners at the tailgate area. I like the fact that the rearmost leaf overlaps the tailgate as that tends to make it more weathertight but they should have beveled the corners. Apparently nobody at the factory has actually seen one attached to an actual maverick. Final issue - it's not particularly watertight. This is due in part to the position of the buckles used to strap it open when fully folded. They prevent you from pushing the cover far enough against the cab so the weather sealing doesn't fully seal. This may be why the rear corners stick out. I may try repositioning the buckles but again, somebody didn't check fitment. Then again, for a half price item you can't expect too much. And to be fair some of the weather sealing issues are due to the design of the side rails on the truck itself and I don't really expect any cover to be 100% water tight. It would be possible to fully seal with some extra weather stripping but you shouldn't really have to. They got it 90% correct but the other 10% are critical making what could be an excellent product merely mediocre. The shame of it is with a little thought and testing they could have produced an excellent product for their same cost.

Easy to install, fits great, looks great and inexpensive-at least the $170 I paid. Went back to find this again for a friends truck and no longer on Amazon-not listed as out of stock or unavailable just not there anymore-strange.
