This is a decent bookshelf. I've had sturdier ones, but this works for my son who is in college. He assembled the bookshelf without issue, but it definitely takes longer than the 30 minutes the instructions stated. It has a nice rustic design. I'm not sure about how much weight each shelf can hold. My son mainly uses it for light items (disregard the TV. He placed it there until his TV stand arrived. I would not recommend placing a TV on this bookshelf unless anchored to the wall). I can't comment on the price of the bookshelf (unavailable at the time of review). This shelf was delivered very quickly and well packed. Assembly was easy, it took me only around 15 minutes. It is a good sized item with very nice and solid looking wood shelves. It is very stable and well made. Perfect for organizing my books. Exactly what I am looking for.
