This keyboard is incredible. It’s heavy and solid (which I like) and has beautiful clear key caps. The sounds from the switches are so soothing. It’s also got plenty of light effects to play with. Setup was super easy. It has wireless and wired options. Came with instructions for shortcuts and switching light settings. It also came with a mini kit to remove key caps and switches! Omggggg this is THE BEST keyboard I have EVER had in my life and I’ve bought some of the most expensive keyboards out there but this one takes the cake!!! Smoooooth as butter and I mean whipped butter soooo creamy the switches are goodness! I also added the Star Cap and that did not come with it but is a beautiful addition! It’s very heavy which means GREAT quality and feels like a million dollar keyboard! The responsiveness of the keys is phenomenal and the customization is top tier! Absolutely love this keyboard. It’s pretty heavy and it’s well built. Only downside is that the backlighting(the lighting around the edges) can’t be customized with the program. You have to pick the built in colors which are your basic red,blue,white ,green , yellow and a purple pink. I wish the program would let you customize it like your would with the keycaps. LOVE this keyboard. I use it at work and it makes the work day more interesting. Co-workers comment on it when they see it and how beautiful it is. My favorite part is the clacking of the keys. Soft and tappy, tap, tap. You'll love it if that's what you're looking for. Thinking of trying Coolkiller for my next keyboard but still undecided based on videos. Looks amazing & wanted to love this but the volume button just falls off. Looks like maybe a screw is missing to hold it into place or something. So sad Update: I tried to keep this keyboard & disregard the fact that the volume knob was broken because I figured out a way to tighten it on somewhat however when I finally got to test the keyboard today I realized some of the letters on the keyboard are not accurate. I only tested with typing out google.com but im not sure how many other letters are wrong & now I definitely will have to return. Update #2 I received a message from the seller saying if I wanted a refund to respond saying I wanted a refund & I did. Then they changed their mind & decided I need to troubleshoot. I was told to download the drivers to reset keyboard. I proceeded to download on my iPad, which is the only thing I have. Nothing was happening. I told them I do not have a computer, I only have an iPad with a monitor. I sent them a pic of what my iPad looks like after downloading driver & asked where to go from here. They respond back saying this can only be done on a computer & can I use a computer. I respond again I don’t own a computer, I don’t have access to a computer, & I’m certainly not going out to buy one just to reset a keyboard that should have been delivered to me with no problems. This is getting drawn out now cause you have to wait forever for a response. What a headache. If you don’t own a computer I wouldn’t recommend getting this because if you ever have a problem you won’t be able to reset. Update 3: now they messaged me telling me to request a replacement through Amazon which is an absolute joke. They know that Amazon will not replace this keyboard because they are a third party seller. Amazon already told me they don’t have the ability to do that. So for this company to act like they don’t know that & instruct me to request through Amazon is weird. You know they can’t do that. Final update: After receiving another message from the company & talking with Amazon the only solution left is to return the keyboard, wait 30 days for a refund & then place another order with them & once I place a new order with them they are offering me 5% back on the new order lol I need a keyboard now, not 30 days from now, & why would I trust this company again to order from you again after this headache? For a 5% discount? When I can literally go to any other company and skip the headache of possibly getting a damaged keyboard again. Absolutely not… I do not recommend this brand. There are so many other good companies selling keyboards. Research those before buying from here, especially if you are an iPad person only. ... show more

I never thought I'd have a crush on a keyboard. But I am absolutely in love with my Phantom 98. At nearly four pounds, this keyboard has some serious weight to it. I have seen folks on YouTube complain about this and consider it a drawback, but I think its weight is a testament to its quality, durability, and cost. You get a lot of bang for your buck. To expand on that point, I have priced out what it would cost to build a custom keyboard that looks, feels and SOUNDS like the KiiBoom Phantom, and the $220 for this prebuild is a steal. It did come with a metal keycap, which I found to be tacky and therefore I discarded it, two extra switches, and all the accessories you'd need customize the look and sound of the keyboard. The knob feels extremely durable and is made of metal. I do have some issues with the lackluster instruction manual it comes with. The RGB software is overwhelming for someone like me that is completely new to keyboards. The software is VERY much a figure-it-out-for-yourself process. The manual says not one word about how to use the software. Another annoyance I have is that there is no orange RGB. For the price, it should have it. The colors never look accurate and the RGB mode is just overall a letdown. Luckily, I got this for work and haven't much use for the RGB functionality of the keyboard. Still, I was disappointed. I have gotten three compliments on this keyboard today, and this is the first day I bust it out at work. I cannot stop looking at it or typing on it. Would recommend a million times. ... show more
