I was looking for a chair with massage, heating and lift functions for my wife for Christmas. I was looking for one at a reasonable overall cost for delivery and price of the chair. Shipping cost were of concern for fear of damage and concern for cost and hassle to return for refund. Overall cost for this chair with shipping was still cheaper than others with same features. The chair had wide seat approximately 23", high lift capacity 330#, nice solid design with good motor. I was worried about height of back of chair but it turned out to be great for my wife 5' 8" and OK for me at 5' 10" as well. WE received the chair one day earlier than scheduled and there was no damage on the product when received. All parts were present at delivery. This is our second lift chair. Quality and build of this unit is as good or better than the first which had no additional features (heat, massage) and was twice the price from local store delivered. It is quiet and lifts higher than our current chair so she can easily go from standing to sitting. Took about 30 minutes to unpack assemble and hook up wires. I ordered this product for my sister in assisted living. It lasted less then 2 months before it broke. A plastic piece. I’ve tried to contact the company with no response. I would not purchase. It’s a waste of money. Considering she is on a fixed income of only $100.00 to spare a month I consider this robbery. They don’t back their product. I tried submitting photos but I was unable to.
